We went to the health spa and its pretty impressive. Beautiful surroundings and amazing views of the Magaliesberg mountains. Try the cold water showers outside for a refreshing kick after your massage.

5 star property, booked the villa. Beautiful room although the pillows and mattress needs to be changed soon. Spa was beautiful and one of a kind.
Food needs improving high prices low quality although the night chef went out of his way to make things special. Breakfast was great though. All in all I will be back and recommend it. Just bring your own food

The only thing 5 star about the place are the prices. Room smelt damp, light flickered in the bathroom, no bath, no mini-bar. Headed to the spa hoping for a better experience. No gowns. When one arrived it was full of holes. No slippers. Locker doors hanging off their hinges. Lots of waiting around - you ultimately have to go out of your way to find someone. I ordered a beer - it arrived warm. We then ordered the cheese platter - crackers were soft, cheese was warm and greasy. We couldn't contemplate facing the inevitable disappointment that the buffet dinner, breakfast, or spa treatments would bring so we packed our bags and left. We pointed out that it's unfair to misrepresent yourself as a 5 star hotel and asked for a refund. The best we could get was a credit note for a different hotel. Had a nice cold beer when I got home.

A beautiful setting for rest and relaxation. We stayed in a deluxe room with a plunge pool- outstanding rooms! The spa treatment with use of the facilities incl flotation pool is a definite must! We did the walk- short but beautiful. Dining was wonderful at the Twist restaurant - try to sit at the bay windows for breakfast and enjoy the buffet at dinner. The Fine dining experience was horrible- from start to finish the service was bad- after our complaints we did get the meal on the house but the celebration & moment was lost. Other than that we would go back! Tku Mount Grace!

The hotel is absolutely amazing set within a beautiful setting however we had concerns with some of the staff. You have to book a spot at the Fine Dining Restaurant, but reception forgot to add our name to the list. After we manage to get a table, we had to ask 3 times for ice and water and 5 times for the complimentary bread which was suppose to come with condiments but it never did. The Food was superb but we expected a highly rated establishment to live up to a 5 star rating in all aspects. Just a little disappointed with the staff hospitality.

Had the most relaxing day here, while being spoilt with spa treatments. The setting is so beautiful and tranquil. There is even relaxing music being played in the garden walkways. The lunch was excellent.

Incredible service and food quality with beautiful rooms and amazing communal areas. The breakfast buffet is out of this world.

Great place to unwind. Much better for people who appreciate nature because the area is quite 'bushy' - this can be a bit creepy but there's carts to transport guests around so that helps. The rooms are quite nice and stylish, the food is amazing and there's a ladies' bar.

What an awesome experience! Thank you staff! We celebrated our 21st wedding anniversary and every moment was made special. We were treated with dinner in our room with rose pedals and bottle of Simonsig Champagne as a gift.
    The SPA treatment, the highlight.
    We will return definitely.

Very dissapointed, no table booked as requested at Flames restaurant to celebrate our anniversary! No 'turn down' or special dessert as discussed!! When complained to manager, did not look very Interested, just gave me a bottle sparkling wine to go. Buffet supper and Twist restaurant, no variety, tastless and cold, expensive, not worth it!! Wrote complaint letter to Marriot headoffice, no reply!

I am so disappointed with the service today - 09th august 2017. Had to wait half an hour and then had to call somebody to serve us who then proceeded to tell us that they are very short staffed today. For a public holiday at a 5 star hotel this is unacceptable. My cuppacino was cold we asked for scones and were told that it's not possible today as the person who bakes is also not at work today. We then asked for a biltong & nut platter & we were once again told it's not possible as the head chef is also not here today. We have been waiting for nearly an hour for a slice of cake. People are walking out due to the bad service something needs to be done. Not even the manager on duty has had the decency to come & apologize for the poor or rather non existing service. We are regular visitors but I don't think I will be back very soon. Very disappointed

Great place to relax, but has two hats, one being an excellent spa and the other a conference venue, so if you want both it is a winner, otherwise the conference venue seems to take over too much.

Been here a few times and always enjoy it. The prices are quite high for food drinks and accommodation with the result that it is usually not crowded. A relaxed, peaceful aymosphere and pretty surroundings makes it a good place for a short getaway.

I enjoyed my stay at Mount Grace. It was a tranquil, relaxing and perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. The checking in was not a pleasant one but the manager quickly resolved that and had us treated to full body massages before leaving.

Great conference facilities. The rooms were well equipped and very clean. We enjoyed the buffets breakfast, lunch and dinners and they were all of very good quality with a nice variety of foods available. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Can highly recommend it!
