helpful staff, good food, clean, comfortable, classy. It's difficult to please me at most facilities I always find one thing or the ithrr wrong but honestly this has been awesome! 6 lovely nights. Well done!!!

Holiday inn in Rosebank Cape Town is a well presented hotel connected with a mall which has some good food options for lunch and dinner. Rooms are spacious and you get all the standard amenities.
Staff is helpful and friendly. 4 out of 5 stars!

The service leaves much to be desired. The receptionist took 4 calls whilst servicing us on check-in. When confronted about this she turned sour and the service level dropped even further. Luckily there was another gentleman that came to our rescue and sorted out in minutes what she couldn't sort out in 45 minutes.

The room was nice and neat. The noise levels were tolerable.

Breakfast was excellent with a great variety to pick from. The breakfast staff were efficient and friendly.

I've upped my review to 3 stars due to the excellent breakfast and gentleman they helped us, but the poor service of the receptionist ruined our perception of what Holiday-Inn can achieve.

1. Had a booking and at 16:00 was told no rooms available as rooms aren’t cleaned even though checkout is at 11:00 - waited around for another 20 minutes while constantly pressuring them for our room.
2. Room was neat and clean, well made up.
3. Ten minutes after we were in our room a staff member came barging into our room without knocking or announcing - presumably to find out whether the room was cleaned properly.
4. Breakfast buffet poorly stocked - two plates available, no scrambled eggs or cheese - no one ensuring food didn’t run out - had to ask about eggs and cheese before anything was done.
5. The pillows in the room - worst ever

its a cozy place..nice rooms , small however looks clean to me. shower is quite good. i love thier beds and pillows as they always have option if soft and hard.
the reception view is just awesome..as its the beginning of summer all you can see is beautiful trees with purple flowers.
check in and entrance is not on the same level..you have to take elevator to go up and down with your luggage.
over all happy holiday inn

Surprisingly amazing. Had a good room, just the packing space was a bit odd. Loved the view of Johannesburg. Comfortable bed and great pillows. Friendly staff and breakfast was tasty. Love the dining area - great decor. Perfectly next to rosebank the zone and Gautrain so no hassles.

I recently stayed 2 nights at The Holiday Inn Rosebank and really enjoyed the facilities and the comfort. The rooms are well appointed, great buffet breakfasts with everything you could imagine and the lunches and tapas are delicious. The staff are all exceptional, so friendly, welcoming and attentive but professional. One of the staff, Nompumelelo who works in the restaurant was very pleasant and efficient.
Having a huge shopping mall next door is an advantage if you don't have time to go sightseeing in Johannesburg.

Nice hotel for a Holiday Inn. Continental breakfast was delicious and well priced. Shower designs in rooms could use some changes to keep water from splashing all over the bathrooms.

I like this hotel. It has that 'new hotel' feel (you'll know what I mean if you've ever stayed at one of those mouldy old hotels). The standard rooms I stayed in were quite small—large enough for a comfortable queen-sized bed, a desk and one of those recliners, but not much else. But the size of it never bothered me, more than enough room for a business trip. The kitchen and bar on the second floor are serviceable, though why would you want to use either given that The Zone and Rosebank Mall are literally a two minute stroll from the hotel. The gym is forgettable, I wish they had a better gym. But as I said, they get a lot of things right and I have never had a bad experience staying here. Recommended!

This is a great place to stay. Staff are warm, welcoming and very helpful. Great location in a safe area with the shopping centre along with numerous restaurants on your doorstep.

I really like this hotel. A 4-star Holiday Inn?? The staff are great, you get complimentary wine daily, the pool area is nice, it's connected to the mall and next to the Gautrain. The only thing I would want is free parking for IHG platinum members

Disappointed in the Hotel Service. Noisy, especially the Air Conditionners from the Next Door Shopping Center are making it difficult to sleep. But Convenient only 30 Meters away from the Gautrain Lift, 75 Meters away from the Gautrain Escalator and basically part of the Zone Shopping center.

Just had a shot two night stay here. If I compare it to the Crowne Plaza in Rosebank I prefer the Holiday Inn. Staff were friendly and hotel clean and inviting. It was better than I was expecting. Also it connect directly to the Rosebank Zone shopping centre and the Rosebank Mall is right next to that. This means you have a large variety of places to eat and shop. There is also a City Sightseeing tour bus office right there in the Zone too.

Cool hotel with adjourning corridor that leads directly into the rosebank mall. Very warm reception from the doorman to the manager. I recommend anyday!
