The food is usually great.To get the ultimate experience, it's best to go there an hour or so before closing time because the closer it is to the closing time the more the food tastes like it was made in a rushed manner

We have always had a good evening at Adego Alberton. Took our whole family this evening, 12 of us, and had excellent service, prawns at a very reasonable price, and a really enjoyable time together. Thank you

Not good at all waited long for our food, was so cold and not made properly, wouldn't waste my time going there again, they were more worried about talking rubish to each other and how the chef is messing around in the kitchen.

I booked a seating of 20 for my mum's birthday in the smoking area, when I got there I was showed my seating area, I went to the shop to get a cake and when i got in my family was moved and I was very confused. So I asked the waiter and he went out and called the 2 managers instead of them POLITY telling me that I had minors with me that's why they couldn't allow me in the smoking area, which i fully understand, they both stood there and shouted, made my whole family stand outside before telling me that they have moved our table inside to the non smoking area we were served by a waiter Brian who was brilliant but as for the 2 managers - they are terribly rude and this isn't the first time I had this encounter with them this is the 2nd time they both have been arrogant instead of communicating properly knowing that we are their customersDISGUSTING!!!

First time of an extremely bad experience. My wife and I, as well as my customers have been patrons since Adega Alberton opened.TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. PRAWNS WERE SHOCKING the basting sauce was insipid; had to lace the few prawns with the garlic sauce since the other lemon sauce was disgusting to say the least. I only had 1/10 of the 1 Kg prawns I ordered, the rest was impossible to eat; I gave my wife one to taste: she nearly got sick at the table. WORST CAPPUCINO EVER. MANAGER (not my usual friend Bernardo) WAS ARROGANT. GAVE US A R50 DISCOUNT ON A R700 BILL (the prawns were 250 and only had a 1/10)! Not even the courtesy to give me a call after all these YEARS !!!! NEVER AGAIN !!!! NEITHER FOR ME, MY FAMILY, MY FRIENDS, NOR MY CLIENTS !!!!!!!

The food at Adega Alberton has been consistently good for years!
I don't think I have ever had a bad meal there and I've eaten most things on the menu from sushi to traditional Portuguese cuisine.
The waiters are always efficient and friendly!
