I am a regular guest at the hotel. The service is excellent The staff and management is always friendly and helpfull and always willing to assist.The food is tasty and the rooms is beautiful, clean and spacious. There is a lot of shops around and the environment is as safe as any place in the country. There is safe parking also available.

its a beautiful place,and you can even find everything you need close by ,like shopping mall , cinema and clubs .it doesn't even need a car to go there

Slow service, ukept furniture. The interior and exterior are worlds apart. The pool area has so much potential really. The inside is amazing. But the bar and pool area are poorly serviced. It was such a confusing experience

It's a wonderful place in the city centre. It has shopping complexes at a walking distance even though the environment within, is very comfortable that one doesn't feel the urge to go shopping.

It's convincing. Right next to a shopping complex with PnP, SK and a lot of other shops. The service is great. The staff is also great.

Great hotel in the inner city. Great service and amenities. If your room is on the side cnr Stanza Bopape and Steve Biko streets you will have a lot of noise from taxis below.
