I have used this place multiple times and had great service. Until last week!!! I had 70 hungry construction men waiting for them to show up after they confirmed (I have an email from them confirming), and they did not show up!! I tried calling to talk to them for some sort of explanation, and they did not answer my calls!! I WAS BAFFLED AND EMBARRASSED!!!

Contacted them for my wedding and they were to show up at 5 pm, didnt arrive until 6:45 pm and were angry with us because they got lost. Had to order pizza hut for my wedding. If you want to have food for a large amount of people dont hire them. Also when they did arrive it looked like they were storing the food in the back of a grey car, not refrigerated at all and had a child in the front seat.

When I first called Tony to book Party Time Tacos for our party, he was so easy to work with, even when we had to reschedule due to rain. The staff arrived early, were very professional and friendly and on top of it all, the food was delicious!! Best pricing in town and would definitely refer to all our friends and family for future parties! Thank you for an excellent experience!

Food was amazing! Everyone was very impressed with how great the service was and we didn't run out of food. It's not east to feed 500! Highly recommend!

Party Time Tacos did an awesome job at serving all 180 guest at my wedding a couple weeks back. VERY good food, everyone loved it. Lucy & Tony kept in contact with me, answered all my questions and needs in a timely manner. We will be using them again! Thank you.

Terrible quality!!! Stay away from this people. I ordered Taco party for my kids party last weekend and is not fair!!! the food was cold, they got there earlier and started to cook the meats almost an hour earlier of the scheduled time. by the time they started serving almost everything was cold. The meat was tasteless and the sauces were even worse. They promised grilled peppers and onions. and delivered kind of dried fajitas They sell a professional service and delivered an amateur poor service. when i called they said they had 19 other parties to attend. ( is it my fault?? that's why they sent a novice to cook for 100 people??? ) If you want a mediocre catering service go ahead and call them. I will escalate the claim with the BBB and will also get written statements from all the guests that were at the party, who got upset stomach. I believe in fairness and this is not. I called Lucy and tried to explain, but they refused to believe, She said my wife was a liar and extremely rude because she did not like to hear the food was bad. They said we were only complaining because we wanted to get money back!!!??? :-0 I want to make sure the right person gets involved to find a fair solution. I am willing to get written statement from the people who attended my kids party, i met with a lot of them the day after the party and some of them had diarrea and /or upset stomach, also some of the parents of the kids from my kid's school S T A Y A W A Y !!!!

Thanks Dad & Lucy , my boss was so pleased with everything !! He said now adays its hard to get great service, & have the food be this good. He as well said party time tacos will be the only catering co he will use. Thanks Dad
