What used to be a foodie destination has turned into a quick serve average American fare restaurant in a higher end district without a lot of high end options. Wine list is average at best. It’s good dining but not fine dining by any means. Menu has good variety of American fare but clearly a cook and not a chef (as the mashed potatoes are from an ice cream scoop.) Service was very good so no issues there at all. Reliable and decent.

We were lucky to get a walk in seat on black Friday. Atmosphere was very nice. We had the fried green tomatoes and chicken picatta. Both were excellent! Very nice place

Fantastic place! I ordered the blackened chicken sandwich with spinach, tomatoes, thick bacon, house pimento cheese. The chicken was juicy and well seasoned, the bacon really thick and meaty. The pimento cheese really tasty and the homemade bread was crispy on the outside. I ordered it with a side of delicious chips. My husband ordered the Eggplant parmigiana sandwich with fries. The eggplant was super crunchy and tasty. It came with a really good italian style tomato sauce. For dessert we ordered a tiramisu perfect sized to end a great meal: a base made of soft and fluffy cake with coffee flavored mousse topped with whipped cream and a lady finger on the side. Our server was very attentive as well as other server who brought us extra napkins (I told my chicken was juicy!) Reasonable prices and warm atmosphere.

This was my first visit in several years. We stopped in for lunch and found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Our group ordered the fried flounder special and all we're very pleased.

Not worth the $$$ you spend. Average restaurant trying to be upscale. Chicken Marsala was fried chicken steak and mushroom gravy. Okay but NO where close to Chicken Marsala. Just not my "cup o tea".

We just ate tonight at the Storie Street Grill -- a Wednesday night --and the place was packed. We sat on the back patio -- pleasant for a cool October evening. Autumn took are of our every need. She is an attentive and pleasant waitress. The food was LUSCIOUS. :). (Yes, that's what I said.). From the appetizer to the dessert -- we had a WONDERFUL experience. Great food. We got the asparagus fries and I had the Italian shrimp and grits. My girlfriend got the Italian shrimp and grits and it was also very good Lorie was a great hostess and was really helpful when I called. Tyler was our server and he was very polite and helpful when deciding what to order.

For their prices, you expect fresh ingredients. The times I ate here, the food was claimed to be made in house, or fresh. It was neither. Drinks are good. Service is friendly. Just wish the food was worth the money.

Always an exceptional experience here, one of our favorite restaurants. Waitstaff is friendly and attentive. The kitchen will work with dietary requests and make substitutions upon request. I and my husband visit almost every week and have never been disappointed.

My husband and I came here to have a great meal during our vacation. While we were the only people in the restaurant, our meal was mediocre at best. I ordered salmon which was extemely fishy in taste, the "seasonal vegetable" over cooked and over salted. My husband ordered Fetticine Alfredo of which the sauce was extremely watered down and tasteless. And we took out 2 burgers for members of our family. For the cost of over $140. (with tip) this had to be one of the least memorable meals I've had in awhile for the money. When I did tell the waitress she was apolgetic but the bartender told us we should go to Kilwins "and enjoy the free samples." To say I was offended is an understatement. If Storie Street Grill had free samples we could have saved some money on a bad meal. She should have given us that wise advice before we wasted our money.

Had an excellent lunch. The asparagus fries as an appetizer was done very nicely. We had one of the quiche specials (crab) which was excellent. Finally, we selected the Storie Street salad as the sidealso excellent. It can get pretty busy on a weekend.
