Went on the Radio City Trip December 7, 2017. The driver Ron and guide Cindy were wonderful. The seats we had for the Rocketts show were horrible. We paid a lot of money for nothing. We sat up in the back so far away we couldn’t see. I felt sorry for the people who have never seen it before especially the children. We booked in 0ctober so you can’t tell me the good seats were taken. The booking agent dropped the ball on this one. This will never happen again. We will find out exactly where are seats are the next time and probably cancel if there bad. Not happy. 😡😡☹️ James Edwards, Deborah Edwards, Michele Cerulli.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible! They got us to our destination 1.5 hours late and left us waiting for our return pickup outside on a cold rainy sidewalk for 3 HOURS with no communication. When contacted, they did not care, just shrugged us off. Rotten bus service, rotten customer service. Stay away at all costs!

My daughter and her friends took the yankee trails to Bronx zoo this morning on 8/12/2017. The bus was late by half hour suppose at 7:30 am but left at 8:00 am. Never on time!!

I CANNOT THANK BLYTHE ENOUGH FOR ALL SHE DID FOR ME. FOR MY GRANDDAUGHTER'S COLLEGE GRADUATION, I PURCHASED TICKETS ON YT TO SEE "PHANTOM OF THE OPERA" IN NYC. THE WEEK BEFORE, IT WAS CANCELED. I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED AND DIDN'T WANT TO DISAPPOINT MY GRANDDAUGHTER. BLYTHE GOT US ON ANOTHER "MY WAY" BUS AND ALSO ARRANGED TO GET THE TICKETS. Used to be good not anymore!!! USE ANOTHER CHARTER. We arrived today at 6:33 for a 7:15 pick up in Albany for Boston Aquarium . There was a bus already there and we are like "that can't be it". My husband walked towards the bus to ask and the driver shut the door and drove off. I paid 140.00 for the trip. We sat until 8am!! The next bus we asked if it was it and the lady was rude and said no "Ellis Island". The driver of that bus didn't know how to even lower it. Unprofessional and not courteous at all. Why would the driver come so early?! And shut the door when someone is approaching the bus?! I'm calling the BBB and getting my money back some how!!! I've never had a problem in the past. We arrived almost 45 min early!! I have a pic confirmation of the pick up time handy! It was a Mother's Day trip and now ruined!! Can't even call anyone until 9!! Never again!!

Used them for shuttle to cruise, was very happy with them, only complaint I have was the leg room, but I am 6' with long legs.

I am driving on Hwy. 50 Winter Garden,Fl behind a Dodge mini van with Yankee Trails advertised all over the vehicle. This driver is one of the stupidest and most careless I have seen in a while. He is in and out of lanes whilst other vehicles are still in it,forcing them to move of the lanes. Very dangerous driving.

We were on the Giants vs Dolphins trip 8/12. Our bus driver Cliff was excellent, if only I could say the same for our fellow passengers. This was the second time we have taken one of these trips with Yankee Trails and the bus ride is ruined by a drunken idiot. I know that Yankee Trails cannot control how much people drink while at the stadium, but there really should be no alcohol allowed at all on the bus. Plus this guy lit up a cigarette on the bus when we were like 10 minutes from the stadium. He was worse on the way back, even getting into a fight with another passenger (a woman). I know that the driver has the right to put people off the bus, and I understand that they may be reluctant to do so, but to make the trip miserable for the other 35 or 40 people on the bus is worse.
