my car is old, and my key has become very worn down- thus leading me to be unable to open my trunk with my key. (no inside lever either!) I went to Edward C Mangione Locksmiths today and they greeted me with a smile, and promptly began trying whatever they could before making a new key- probably to help me save some cash. i ended up needing a new key which was made within moments, then pop goes my trunk! open! and i am thankful. They were hospitible, a clean store, and a friendly neighbor. thanks for the help!

I called a few days ago, lost my only key fob, I had a few conversations with Nick, he was very friendly and did a lot of research for me. We figured the best most inexpensive way to get this taken care of, he just left my house after programming a new fob for me.. I could not ask for better or friendlier service, thank you!!

This guy is amazing! I called him on a Saturday because I locked myself out of my house. He was there within 15 min.. worked on the lock for awhile then I found a spare key.. he was so kind he wouldn't even take any money.. there is no other locksmith in the area I will ever use and will be recommending his honest service to all my friends!! I had two bicycles on my car and could not un lock them. I spoke at length to customer service who sold the lock and the manufacturer, and a bike shop, no luck. By this time it was dark, I drove to Mangione's. The gentleman at the desk stood out in the parking lot for close to 30 minutes and presto he unlocked and informed me that it was defective. I can't say enough about his kindness and good humor. This is a great family business and an exceptional neighbor.

Accidentally locked keys in our car in the parking lot outside their establishment. They immediately came out to unlock our car and when we asked about payment, they said because it only took ten minutes, there was no charge. Outstanding service that fixed a stressful and difficult situation in minutes. We owe them a great debt of gratitude.
