Beautiful building. Unfortunate that most visits are to pay for permits or parking tickets and not to just appreciate the architecture. Oh Parking is horrendous.

You'll dread whenever you have to trek out to city hall, whether it be a parking ticket or to submit documents to the city government. At least the architecture is really nice.
