This movie theater needs to change its customer service. They need more people working the concession stands, they need more people working the ticket booth and they need to put the freestyle machines at both ends of the theater. The ticket booth employees were working their asses off trying get customers their tickets with the ticket line out the door and no help from the manager. The employees are doing a good job with little help. The theater before this was better and cleaner. They took care of the customers. This may be my last visit to the theater.

Okay place. The concessions stand is slow. The soda is nasty. The coke freestyle doesn't taste that great at all. You have to wait 5 minutes to fill your drink. The place is dirty and over due for a remodel. The movie theater is okay. I recommend they make a few changes before things really go down hill. But then again it is your only theater in town.

Tickets are reasonable, Awesome popcorn! But I would expect nothing less from the theater. Really enjoyed our show.

Ok great setting. But not only is a drink $6 you have to make the damn thing yourself which is always a line since they only have two which are the complicated one. Thank God there is ungodly amount of commercials and previews that waiting you don't miss a movie that doesn't start until at least 20-30 min after show time. And theaters wonder why people are pushing to pay 50 or so and watch it at home!!

Absolutely terrible. Terrible to their staff, terrible to their customers, terrible prices, terrible attitudes. They have messed up so many movies, whether it be the screen off to the side, or starting 40 minutes late, or selling too many tickets to where there are no seats left and NOT giving you a refund. They never pick up the phones, EVER! They take them off the hooks. They don't even answer for employees. Do not recommend. STAY AWAY.

Massively expensive and terrible attitudes. If you want to go to the movies in the area, this is your only option. The next time a very special movie comes out that I just have to see in the theater, I will just go or of town to one of the better theaters.

Rude and nasty manager and ticket taker last night. Brought four kids to watch a movie last night, got our tickets $50, got our refreshments $40 and go to the line to have our tickets taken. The girl takes our tickets and says “oh you have too many kids you can’t go in” Um, what? Where is that posted I asked? “Well it’s not it’s just a rule” she said and then called over the female manager who decided talking nasty and telling me I should know the policy was the right approach Then one girl tells the one with the tickets “just rip em’ you know she’s just gonna talk her way in” 😡 The manager goes over and yells at the girl selling tickets and says “you should have known better” and I asked again where it is posted and she also says “it’s not”. Ridiculous you have employed people that treat not only your customers like this but your own employees, and in front of all the other customers and employees who were there.

I went in today for the first time in over a year with my son and we really enjoyed ourselves. I like that you can refill your own soda rather than waiting in lines. Everything was half off too.

I really enjoy the stadium seating, because you can always see over the people in front of you. Having the sofa machine in the lobby is nice as well, no waiting for refills, plus you get to choose from a much larger flavor assortment. Overall it is a wonderful experience.

Enjoying the upgrades so far. It would be nice if there were more food options, but they have added a few more items and a cool self serve drink machine with a variety of flavors. Nice location near restaurants like Buffalo Wild Wings, Mellow Mushroom, and waffle house.

Theatre used to be under Carmike, but recently changed to AMC. Since then the theatre has raised their ticket prices and food prices. They also can't seem to manage the schedule of movies efficiently. Three times we have been back; they either sold me a ticket for a movie they knew they weren't going to show due to "technical difficulties" or they show a movie that we didn't pay to see. Tonight we took our boys to go see Spiderman, but they showed The Mummy which containes nude scenes. The youngest of the boys is five and the oldest is nine. The managing staff apologized again for their incompetence and offered to refund our ticket price. However, the damage is done. We won't be going back there again! Three times is enough!

Overall the movie theater itself and the employees are great. Disappointed that they flavor popcorn was removed. Sure wished they would bring back the caramel flavors.

Today was a good day at AMC ALBANY 16. Nice, friendly staff members with engaging smiles and upselling on consessions. Way to go team AMC ALBANY 16. Looking forward to a summer of excellence for my movie theater experience for 2017. I gave four stars because there's always room for improvement, but my experience was terrific on today's visit.

Movies are always great. The days I usually attend are Tuesdays where all ticket prices are $5.00, small popcorn and drink are $4, medium popcorn and drink are $6, and larges are $8. So good prices on Tuesday, you won't need over $10 if you get small snacks. Every other day the only downfall are the prices. Staff is polite and willing to do their job. Bathrooms aren't a mess.
