The pillows were flat and the room was really tiny but the location was easy to find. There's also a lot to do around the hotel

Horrible customer service. HO-RRI-BLE! Meet us with dish of soup in the hand nice ha? Interestingly, there is only one light bulbs in my room,should to be 4, on the service desk answer to my question whether they can bring light bulbs, said that they do not have them, maybe we want to change the room? Really? I had reservations before 2 days to check in! After one day trip! Because she has lazy ass to find some light bulbs?! how do you prepare rooms for guests if you do not even check, is everything clean and work in the room?! air conditioning is dead, bed old linen, dirty pillows
I certainly understand that is a cheap hotel, but if they have such a devil's attitude, maybe this hotel does not deserve 3 stars? I wish give them 0 stars. Not recommend

Can not recommend, roaches and a lot of trashy people hanging in parking lot drinking and screaming. Noisy all night long, got no sleep. Was afraid to take dog for a walk. Also told one price on line was charged $10 more each night, do yourself a favor, go elsewhere. The housekeeper was very friendly and did exceptional job cleaning my room. Beds were really comfortable. Nice TV. Too bad there's not better mgmt.

This place has so many floors and the rooms are extremely clean and the office Personnel are very friendly. And the prices are pretty good

Very nasty room, customer service was very poor. My wife has breathing problems and asked the lady at the front desk for another pillow "because they only give you one per person" and the lady said they didn't have anymore. Yeah what a load! I asked the owner the next day and he said, he didn't know why we was told that because they have plenty of extra pillows. So no I would not recommend this run-down Hotel, with very poor customer service!!!!!

It's ok for price as they say you get what you pay for, a bit outdated can use some up grades,, the place is no smoking but it smells of smoke,, so I give it 2 1/2 stars.,

Very nice for the price, management was very accommodating. Very clean rooms. Great Wi-Fi signal.
One clerk was very rude and threatened to kick out myself and my children in the middle of the night because my daughter had woke up in the middle of the night and was making noise. She had not notified us of any noise issues before hand.

Sorry excuse for a business 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻Called to confirm room available told clerk I'm on my way. Owner tells her to rent the room out to next person that comes in any way. I arrive and clerk tells me that owner told her to rent the room even after she told him that she has already told a customer that it was available & she is on the way.NOT GOOD BUSINESS but doesn't surprise me the place looked dumpy & smelled 🤢 Not to mention the shady characters hanging out in the lobby
