Abysmal. The pastor selected by the funeral home repeatedly got my father's name wrong and no one stepped in to correct him during his entire speech. The stickers were left on the casket at the graveside memorial. I heard one of the funeral directors comment about the pastor's fumblings " Well, at least he got it right in the end ::chuckling::," referring to the pastor getting it right at the graveside memorial.
Overall I found them all to be disrespectful to the deceased, and horribly unprofessional. I would not recommend using their services.
