I'm going to try and give you a honest and Non biased review. I have been here two weeks and still have a week to go. Now on arrival my room was clean over all. My shower was a lil dirty, but other than that it was good. I have seen two water roaches in two weeks. NOW dont get grossed out. I stay at tons of hotel/motels due to work. With that said. I haven't stayed in any of them this far south that didn't have them or ants to some extent. Now that my negative part is over let me give you the good. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is out and ready before or right at 6am. House keeping gets me what I ask for, because I dont have them clean up my messes. I can do that. They respect my do not disturb sign. If they see me out they ask me how I am and if i need anything. I feel safe and welcome which is not something I feel often. Now you will not have a 5 star rating like at your higher priced places but for the price I am more than happy with my stay. Sometimes the room you get is in bad shape because of the inconsiderate ppl who stay in them. They have corrected my complaint. So would I stay again. YES!

Will only be here overnight, but was expecting to get a good night of sleep. Unfortunately, I discovered the room has roaches. The rooms are dated. Visible mold in the shower. The front desk clerk was rude. You get what you pay for.

For the price, this hotel provided the bare necessities. The air unit was not working but thankfully the room was warm. Hot water, clean sheets, fridge, basic television. No frills. There is a small gym and an area for breakfast. One of the few pet friendly hotels in the area.

Please read this before deciding to stay here. The rooms is horrible, outdated, and very filthy. Even the pool was filthy and needed to be cleaned out. Mildew all in the bathroom and on top of the ceiling. The shower was filthy had to wear flip flops to take a shower. The outlets in our room was broken and needed to be fixed. We had to call front desk and asked for clean towels, only for them to tell us that the cleaners hadn't arrived yet. On top of everything else, a fatal shooting occurred on the other side of the hotel where a person was killed and murdered. Police was everywhere and had to tape and block off both entrance to the hotel. They didn't let us back in our rooms for hours. This was a horrible experience the worst stay I've ever had at a hotel, wasted over $300 for two nights to only stay in a room that was filthy and outdated, to experience a fatal shooting, and to fear for our safety!!! I would rate this hotel a negative 1 if I could!!! We are in process of filing a complaint to corporate for our money back!!!

For $76 you'd think the hotel would be some what good. But it's not. Not at all. Yeah we were only looking for a place to sleep before going to a better hotel in St. Louis, but I wish I wouldn't picked something else. This place was gross and scary. The blankets were like paper and they gave us 4 tiny, like really tiny, pillows. The only good thing about it was the air conditioner and the location. Also there was this weird thing sticking out from under the bed that was hard and metal and we both slammed our foot into it over 3 times and the last time I did it seriously hurt! And I saw a bug crawl across the floor at the same time. Good thing that happened in the morning so we could get the hell outta there!! Ah!!!

The room the front desk clerk gave me today is inconsiderate. She is rude and her cleaning staff rude as well. I told her I had a reservation and before I made the reservation I did it while in the hotel. I have made a reservation for this hotel five times in the last month. The last time I made a reservation I had an issue because one of the staff members came to my room and told me he wanted to store some beer in my refrigerator. Then after storing beer in my fridge he took a shower and stayed all night. I did not sleep or get food like usually do. Then after he notice my attitude he left the next morning but went back to work. I have only known the guy for some time and only made the reservation for myself. Then on another business booking today she tells me I made the booking for a standard room which costs $85 dollars. The only room she has available is on the back. I did not want a back room so I asks her for an wheel chair room or maybe one that has an way for people who have rhinoplasty jobs to recover. She says well we leave those rooms for people that are in wheel chairs. Then she goes to say she is the assistant manager but knows nothing about rooming people. The room she gave me is dirty, very tiring to put up with her manners. Also very unorganized and just plain out not a room at all. I really feel as if I walked into a dump.

The room was nice and even most of the bathroom. The shower was not. Mold all around in the caulking and the way the floor was set in there was standing water in the shower from earlier. Other than the shower the room was quite nice.

We reserved a room at this motel because we were coming to Albany for a wedding. Upon arrival, we were given a different room style than what we had reserved weeks ago. When we entered the room we found what appeared to be a vomit stain on the mattress cover. We went to the desk to inform them and the MGR seemed to be annoyed by the fact that we would complain about it. The staff came to our room and removed the bedding but they had no new mattress cover to put on the mattress so, they put on a mattress pad. The next morning as we were getting ready to go to the wedding, we discovered that the iron in our room did not work. The damage to the iron was noticeable just by looking at the iron. When we returned from the wedding that evening, our room key cards had been deactivated and we had to go back to the office again to have them programmed. There seems to be no attention to detail from the staff here. I would not recommend staying here.

The Quality Inn is located in a good area for shopping as the Albany Mall is right across the street and there are also many restaurants available nearby if you want to grab something to eat. My only gripes for this place are about the restroom; the toilet doesn't flush properly, the hair dryer was grimy and unclean, shower controls are poorly located, and there were a few dead flies laying around the floor.

It was a nice stay, however it was on the little expensive side of things. They had great rooms. The a/c did not smell weird. Customer service was not great but not horrible. They had a good breakfast. The location was great right beside the mall easy access for anything shopping wise.
