Comfy bed. Decent sized room. Got a random wakeup call bit I attribute that to being nothing more than an accident. Fridge is available. Never got a chance to see if they had microwaves readily available But I can assume that they do. Overall I would say this stay would definitely be a good one for the money.

There's an event going on this weekend at this hotel. I got to say that the staff is extremely rude to their guest. There's an employee at the door yelling at people who are walking out to take a phone call on their cell phone or go out for a smoke. Once she gets their attention she very rudely tells them to either check in their drinks on a random desk or dump them as they will not be allowed back in the building.
(The hotel is selling sodas and water) all though she knows you bought the drink from them she states it won't be allowed back in. She made a man chug his soda before allowing him to step any further. This to me is not a way to treat guest who are in the facility. It's just incredible how rude this employee is and how the hotel allows it.
Never have I seen adults be treated like such children. Just ridiculous.
Makes me wonder if all Wyndham hotels treat guest this way.response / report this review -

I didn't stay at the hotel, just attended a conference there. The interior is much nicer than the exterior. It seemed to be well staffed and the conference rooms were adequate. The lounge area was quite nice.

This hotel is great! Friendly service and they have a snack place open all the time. It is about 15-20 minutes downtown for a busy event like Garth Brooks which is the first time we have stayed here. Quality bedding and home feel to the room. Has had some updates. The wings are a bit long but they have a few exit doors and parking near those entrances as well. Will definitely be back here. It was worth the Money! Very pleased! Clean and neat and comfy! One of the best places we've stayed this year.

I arrived at this hotel, located conveniently off the highway, halfway through a long drive home. I arrived at about 2 a.m. and planned to check out and finish my drive after I got a little rest.
Even though I had been here less than 6 hours, and will be checking out today, house keeping knocks on my door and Wakes me up at 8 a.m..
Now, with less than an hour until my alarm was to go off, i am awake and very very upset. I was really looking forward to getting some sleep and hapily driving home.
The front desk did not apologize and gave me attitude in the explanation of the horrible service-plan that house keeping works when they work.
I hope to advise someone in upper management on how to better serve all their customers, like those traveling on the highway they are located next to, and change the policy where housekeeping cleans the room on the day of checkout, after guests have checked out.response / report this review -

I stayed at the Wyndham overnight to be close to the airport for a trip the next day. The room was clean and large but there wasn't a fridge in the room or microwave. The bed was very comfortable but the pillows were smaller than a twin bed pillow on a king size bed. Way too small and very unsupportive. We also ate at the bar pub. The flat bread pizza was actual an oval frozen pizza. Very bland. The breakfast buffet was just like any other hotel breakfast but it cost $10 a person instead of being free. I found out on the way to the airport, there was a waffle house on the way. I wish I would have gone there instead. If I need a place to stay overnight and I have my own pillow, I would stay there again, but I will not eat my meals there.

I stayed at the hotel near the airport during a convention weekend. in June 2017. I love i t It was clean, tv worked great, shower was very clean, a few extras were offered.drinks were fixed perfectly. There was a lot going on so the bar area was extremely crowded; but the bartender done an amazing job serving everyone. Drinks and food for room service was wonderful also; full size drinks were offered at a great price. For all you Starbucks fans there is one with energy drinks, other foods offered. A restaurant for dining great food, cooked perfectly, fresh salad bar, vegetables, cooked meats,, and you can get bar drinks here also. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.As long as you can handle the planes flying over it's a great hotel to stay in.

Great hotel for a fabulous price. Rooms are newly renovated and kept very clean. The meeting space is large and easy to access. Lots of free parking. The Starbucks in the lobby is a nice touch. The restaurant and bar are amazing and not overpriced.

Room was clean but was not newly updated. Lots of hot water, room had free water bottles but no refrigerator or microwave. Staff was friendly and helpful. I stayed at the end of April and and the pool was closed for the season. That's fine but the door was completely bolted shut, I couldn't even go sit outside and get some fresh air and sun. Completely turned me off.

Amazing. We had been staying in a different hotel downtown for 5 days, then went to the airport to find out our flight had been moved to the next evening. The airline put us up in this hotel with a voucher, so we drove over to the Wyndham and went to check in. James E was at the desk and went above and beyond customer service. He was so extremely kind and friendly and made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of while we were here. We felt cared for and like we had true friends the minute we walked in.
Highly recommend. The rooms are great and clean!

While I have not stayed as a guest at the Wyndham Indianapolis West, I have attended Who's Yer Gamers Con the last three years. The public areas all are very clean and well kept. The bathroom I used seemed very nice and possibly recently remodeled. A lot of the public areas seem "classic" or "aged", but still very nice and clean. I would definitely consider staying here as a guest, if I didn't live 10 minutes away.

Absolutely amazing stay. The staff, from cleaning to front desk to restaurant were friendly, inviting and all around courteous. Never had a stay with staff so welcoming. The rooms are nice and the restaurant in the hotel makes amazing food. Vegetarian options available and they can make special options if you have allergies.
The breakfast wait staff make you feel like you've walked into their homes as a guest and can make yourself at home.

I came here for an annual convention that I have attended at this location for a few years and Ive always loved it here. The staff are friendly and accomodating, I love the cafe, and I love how much space there is for different events. We got two rooms for the convention, a large one and a small one. They were both very nice and had lots of amenities. I especially liked how makeup wipes were provided in the bathrooms. All in all I'd say this is a great place to stay and host events.
