Wonderful staff! Beautiful and spacious lobby, perfect for getting work done. Great food selection and bar. Even when the Bistro closes, you can still be served beer and wine at the front desk until 3am!! Indoor pool and hottub was great. The rooms are up to date and actually clean. 10/10 recommend people staying here!

Basic courtyard hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Includes standard hotel gym and pool. Convenient to the airport with a free airport shuttle. To head downtown a 10-15 minute.

My SO and I travel a lot, and this was our first stay in a Courtyard. Will definitely be back. Friendly, helpful staff, only about 15 minutes from downtown, and very close to the airport. The staff was more than willing to help us with anything we needed.

Nice quiet neat hotel. A little far from downtown however relatively easy access to expressway. Decent workout room, a nice size pool. There is no continental breakfast. The price for the food is definitely not worth the price. Coffee was good.

Typical Courtyard. Not very updated, but fine. Rooms are average, nice desk and TV set up. Area is near airport with shuttle service available. No complaints. Wish they had free coffee in lobby in the morning instead of having to pay for the Starbucks.

On first appearance the lobby is immaculate and decorated in a very modern and stylish way. They really upgraded these first impressions, but the rooms leave a little bit to be desired. In our rooms the air conditioner was leaking creating a damp floor, the wallpaper was peeling on the accent wall, and there was a slight musky scent the permeated the room. The pool area it's not so much relaxing as it was in need of a good cleaning. A few things to fix here in there, but it definitely could use an upgrade. The worst part however was the staff. Anytime we asked for anything they seem to be put out, too busy, or uninterested in their guests. Aside from the night desk person, they were too busy looking at their phones to want to deal with guests. This could be a great place to stay, but turned out to be a real disappointment.

I used to work here , and the job itself wasn't all that bad. My morning manager "Bill" was an awesome person / manager. He was on top of everything and respected everyone , he made the job more do-able.
But my night shift manager "Dawn" , was a whole different story , total awful person. No sense of respect , overall character just ugly. Well , I left my job & was honestly more because of her. So many mood swings , there's no way someone can work like that. Definitely doesn't have a clue about what respecting employees is really about. I tried to play along , but there's just no getting around her terrible , rude demeanor.response / report this review -

This place is very easy to get to and just on the outside of the city. I went here for a business meeting and the staff was just wonderful. They set us up very nicely and helped whenever needed. The building seemed very clean and the employees were friendly.

Our stay at the Courtyard by Marriott was awesome. We arrived earlier than planned, and when I called, Kevin took care of us and found a room for us, which was very nice. Even though it's near the airport, the noise was minimal. Clean facilities and a spacious room. We'll definitely consider staying here again.

I was sick with a cold on this latest business trip to Indy. At check-in, i noticed in the lobby, there was cold medicine available for purchase. I didn't buy any then?!? The next evening upon return i went to buy some medicine, which now they were out of! I asked Dawn, the Assistant GM if they had any left in the back to which she found none. Dawn went the extra mile by going to a store to purchase the cold medicine i was looking for and had it delivered to my room that night! Needless to say I had a good nights rest thanks to Dawn! Great extra mile service!

I checked in late at night and out early in the morning at this Courtyard and though my stay was brief, I was impressed. This hotel showed how well the redesign of older Courtyards can work when you don't cut corners. The keys to me (especially for a short stay) are the bed comfort, the room air comfort, and the power of the shower - - and this hotel gets an A in all three. But the way that the redesign was handled, had me wowed. I almost felt that a W Hotel designer had come in and made these changes specifically for this hotel rather than following a chain-wide plan. They really made it work here. Also I left my car here for a week at $3 a day a decent saving versus the airport and a safer environment. The shuttles were running at 4:30AM when we needed them and earlier.

Lobby was newly remodeled and look very nice. Rooms have free WiFi which I personally never had a problem. Gym is your typical hotel gym.I would have liked for more but wasn't expecting anything other than what was there. Never got a chance to try breakfast because I was gone each morning before it started.

Nice clean and comfy rooms. I had forgotten my phone charger and they were able to find a compatible one for me! That saved life! That might be an exaggeration but they certainly saved me $30 and a trip together Apple store.
