Decent hotel with fairly upscale feel. My one complaint is that they didn't manage to put the right size sheets on the bed!

Rooms are clean, staff is super friendly. There are a few restaurants in walking distance. I would recommend this hotel.

Perfect location for an Indianapolis-to-Greenwood stay. Excellent access to local eateries and watering holes in the Greenwood/Southport area. Rooms are decently sized and offer a range of bedding from King to two twins and the option for a small balcony. Televisions have recently been upgraded to a much larger HD flatscreen. Staff is friendly and helpful at every junction! Strongly recommend a stay here.

So, it was almost 3:40 am. There was one room left in the entire town due to a convention. Unfortunately, it was here. The hotel could be fantastic, but it is now 4:30 and they haven't figured out how to rent it to us yet.

Decent hotel, clean room. Staff was nice but everyone smelled like an ashtray and I saw my fair share of faded tattoos. Have stayed at many Courtyards, but this one could use a little work. When you hear that there is a bistro-style breakfast instead of a traditional buffet-style continental breakfast, you'd expect at least a good meal. My food and coffee had to be ordered twice, only to receive a croissant with burnt eggs and charred bacon 45 minutes later. I would have been much happier with the standard yogurt, granola, and self-serve coffee I normally expect from a hotel stay.

Outdated hotel with mediocre pool and fitness center . Breakfast was the best beside the price of 15 dollars a person if you get a drink too. Friendly staff except the fact that a housekeeper was getting treated like trash by what I think was their boss/supervisor . I understand that you should be hard on your employees but treating someone like a piece of trash in a hallway that everyone can see/hear you in is a little unprofessional . Other than that good staff lousy amenities and a good home cooked meal . Seems like they spend more on the breakfast than they do the beds though

We were traveling to florida and stopped for one night. The lady working at the front desk ( Kim Taylor ) was very helpful . She explained area restaurants and made sure we got the extra coffee we needed for our room. The breakfast was up to courtyard standards.

Was nice and pleasant front desk. Lobby nice. Patrons seem to enjoy the pool. They had a bistro. Rooms clean. Yet no free breakfast or room service. Lots of restaurants nearby though, but no delivery. They should make some arrangement. Housekeeping was very late in cleaning our room. We left in morning came back after 2pm and it hadn't been clean. Then we had to leave back out so they can clean. Bistro was a little pricey. Otherwise it was decent.

I was disappointed with the detail of the lobby and professionalism of the staff then got to my room and the lighting was terrible for make up, my shower water was either spraying on the floor or against the wall- plus either had ice water or boiling water. And my BIGGEST problem was I didn't even have pillows! I had 4 square decorative pillows2 on each bed.I needed all 4 just to make a train track across the top of the bed to sleep!
