Nothing fancy, clean and neat. The shower was my only problem, not much pressure and you have one of those handles you can hold to move it. I basically had to run around in the shower to get wet

Everything was clean and renovated. We had two cats with us and we weren't charged anything, which was wonderful. Would stay again if we were driving through Indianapolis again.

Not bad. Unlike some people I don't complain about every little thing. I've been in worse hotels, the rooms are spacious and clean. That's good enough for me.

I stayed at the Candlewood Suites Indianapolis East for two nights while in town for a conference. The price was great and the hotel is relatively new with well-appointed suites. Our room had a queen-sized bed and a full kitchen. The hotel is targeted towards extended stays, so while there aren't things like a free breakfast and daily housekeeping service, there are other convenient services like a laundry area, games and movies to borrow, and a small convenience markets in case you want to grab food to prepare in your room. All the staff we interacted with we're incredibly friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the hotel has a very small parking lot; we got back fairly late and couldn't find a parking spot in the hotel lot or their overflow lot (which is unlit, which is a bit odd). Ultimately we talked to the front desk attendant said we could park in the lot of the Quality Inn next door so all was fine in the end, but it was a bit of an annoyance. All in all, the Candlewood Suites was a nice place to stay and is a hotel I will keep in mind if I find myself in the area in the future.

Nice rate, they give an amazing veterans discount. Dog friendly and clean. Will be staying here for every convention at the Indianapolis Conference Center.

The rooms were very clean and I was very happy with the accommodations given the price. Beds could have been a little softer but it's hard to have the right bed for every person

I am highly disappointed in this hotel. Our room was not very clean. They gave us keys to check out a different room and it was worse, trash still in trashcans, dusty, etc. They took my husband to a different room and it still had popcorn in the microwave and again the room was not clean. The one housekeeper who allegedly cleaned the rooms copped an attitude with the head of housekeeping as well as my husband. Not what I expected from Candlewood as I have stayed at other locations and had great experiences. I will never come to this location again. It's definitely not worth the money.

There are too few parking spots for the number of rooms the hotel has which makes parking a nightmare if you return in the evening. You can also hear the steps of people on the floors above in the hallways. Check in was simple although .y card was charged an extra $10 for incidentals without my knowledge. The rooms are clean but the shower water pressure was lacking.

The staff is friendly. The rooms are a nice size. Be nice iif there was a pool or hot tub. Maybe a continental breakfast. Thr area around the hitel sucks

Not a great neighborhood. Homeless post up right on the corner to panhandle. My room wasn't cleaned during the day, either. Not sure if that's standard protocol since it's a suite.

I will never stay here again. I rarely give reviews but since this place seems to have higher reviews I feel I need to voice my concerns. At first glance the room is nice. The walls are paper thin, the parking lot is too small and slightly inconvenient to get to since it shares an entrance with the extremely close neighboring hotel. They allow pets and I was wakened at 3am by the pet above running back and forth. There was also a small yapper down the hall. They claim to have Internet access but for the three nights I was here I did not have any and the front desk was less than helpful. The elevator is extremely slow, which may not seem like a huge deal but when you are traveling for work and are out for 10-12 hours on the road, you just want to get to your room. I may try another Candlewood in a different city but I highly doubt it.
