Room wasn't ready at check in. Lobby full if pol waiting for their rooms. Pool closed, very noisy traffic for oceanfront rooms, tiny balcony. Fire alarms going off in the middle of the night waking everyone up, with no fire. They really only deserve a half a star!

Nice hotel, rooms are not bad but nothing to write home about. Rooms facing the ocean have a slide open door with no balcony which is very disappointing.

Great location and facility. Price ok. 2 bottles of water, 2 postcards free in room & they sale stamps. Discount coupons for in hours restaurants & free 1st drink at bar. Very nice people!.they need complimentary slippers as they have tile floors in room that can get a bit slick. Also could add squeegee in shower to cut down on water running onto floor.

I recently had the pleasure of holding my wedding at the Wyndham Deerfield Beach Resort at the end of the September 2017. Ashley was absolutely outstanding in helping me create and coordinate a beautiful, flawless event. Her knowledge, attention to detail, and patience was remarkable. Additionally, Seth, the banquet manager, helped me customize and create a fantastic meal, from the cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres to the seated dinner, that left all plates empty. There was no request of mine that they could not accommodate or make happen! Both Ashley and Seth, along with all of the crew at the Wyndham Deerfield Beach (especially the bellhop Sam, who loaded and unloaded all of my luggage and wedding decorations multiple times!) exceeded my expectations of how amazing my wedding day could be and I would 110% recommend them for any event!

Great location right on the beach with clean rooms, a nice pool area, and steps from restaurants and bars. Stayed a couple nights when we lost power and enjoyed it very much. Highly recommended!

Deb & co-workers were all amazing! Our flight came in super early & we didn't know what to do with all of our things- instead of just offering to hold our luggage, she checked us right in & had our room all ready for us. The next day our flight didn't leave until hours after our check out time. She was kind enough to let us stay a few hours after check out and even then, held our bags for us until we had to leave for the airport. Everyone was happy, helpful & the food was delicious at all of the reataraunts the resort offered. Everything was clean & beautiful. I would definitely & actually have recommended this resort to stay in for all future visits. The location is great, right near the pier, and on the beach. Really this place was perfect and I can not thank them enough for helping us out.

This resort was great. It's location was the best. It's the most beautiful place I've been to. The rooms were clean and well taken care of. The staff was professional and polite. I would recommend staying here. I had an awesome time.

The room was nice. Front desk service at night is poor. Tried ordering room service from cafe 2xs in the morning and it just rings & rings. Staff said there phones have been screwed up for 2 years. If you park your car yourself it's $14 per day if you use valet its $19 per day. With what you pay for your room parking should be included for paying guests. Elevators are dirty and hallway rugs are gross!
The room and the proximity to the beach are what this hotel is good for.response / report this review -

Can't recommend highly enough. Great location brilliant staff and the 3 restaurants serve great food. If you want to eat out plenty of choice nearby. Yards from the ocean Exceptionally clean and the staff are long stay which shows the loyalty both of them and to them by the hotel.

Five stars for the rooms. Incredibly comfortable beds and great shower. Gym leaves a little to be desired but large and for two days, more than adequate. Service is very respectable. The patio bar and restaurant are good but won't blow your hair back. Pool is okay but the beach is the real draw. Hard to get to on weekends (beach traffic + one way street). Not a bad choice but unless you want/need that beach view room, you can save a little and stay very close by.

Not impressed so far. Was promised a king suite and early check in at 2pm. It's 3pm and room still not ready. I think they're treating us like this because we are using our Wyndham Points. Will continue to update.
Manager is rude. When I asked about The suite he said sure let me get my manager to approve it. Then manager came over and said she was out of suites. I asked why? He just told me you have some. She said nope we're out. Then under her breathe she said 'especially for 3 free nights.'
Okay so we finally were checked in about 3:45 only because we sat in front of the desk while waiting. A front desk attendant who wasn't there before noticed us and he put in the extra effort to make things right. He was a tall skinny man, very nice. The way things should have been from the start. Because of him, we will think about returning.
The room is nice, high class amenities. House keeping attitudes could be worked on.
Nice hotel in general, just really don't appreciate the older woman manager.
Her name is Lisa. Horrible customer service from her. Maybe she should learn how to treat people from her employees.response / report this review
