No sheets on pullout or enough towels when we arrived. Room was very small. My kids and I kept bumping into each other. Beds were so hard - the pullout bed felt like cement. We couldn't sleep in it. Closet was like a built in. It wasn't long enough to hang clothes without bending. Breakfast or even coffee is NOT included. I would never stay here again or recommend this hotel. We moved to another hotel close by.

Honesty a beautiful hotel. Good gym and awesome beds. Best sleep I have had in awhile. It's also in a great location. Across from the mall, Total wine and more, and a great bowling alley. Should be one of your first choics when deciding where to stay when visiting Boca Raton.

The staff was super friendly, efficient, like a well oiled machine. The food was spectacular. We were attending a wedding, and were completely blown away.

The customer service was outstanding with the exception of the overweight bell hop.never smiled.never said hello even when you said hello to him. The Manager Sandra was fantastic beyond belief. The booking of an all girls "teenage" was a nightmare.loud and beyond rude. They were placed on the same floors as regular guests.screaming and running all over. Nobody from the staff would step in to calm them.

Good facilities. Bathroom needs more attention. Shower could use some bleach.
Bed is semi hard. Enough room space.

Staying here with my husband while he is in town for business and love the location. Restaurants and shops within walking distance, although no sidewalks which is no fault of the hotels, but plenty of place to keep myself busy during the day. Nice quiet pool and a comfortable, clean room.

The staff were extremely friendly throughout the hotel. The bed was comfortable. It was scenic enough from my mid-level room and the wide windows allowed for nice natural lighting to enter.
The only drawback was the add a scent to the air system. It was noticeable upon walking into the hotel and it was extremely strong in my room.response / report this review -

I definitely believe that the rooms are satisfactory for the purposes of a few nights stay. There are some good and some bad points to this Marriott. In the downstairs Lobby there is a bar area that is pretty cozy if you are looking to have a drink. The staff are very attentive and quick to reply if you have any concerns or needs. Room service definitely does a great job. However my first reaction when I came into the rooms is that they were a bit small compared to other hotels of similar value. The carpet in the room had an odd smell to it, as if it had not been washed for some time, also looked like it had not been washed.
The views are very unimpressive as you have a parking lot to one side and then the Boca Center to the other. However this does mean that you have places like Tap 42 in short walking distance.response / report this review -

Pretty good! Liked the room design. Lots of room. Did not like the smoking area right outside the back door (which you used to get to restaurants and the shopping center). Just extremely smokey and unpleasant.

Hotel is clean and has all the right amenities. Service is friendly and with a smile. The hotel has been updated, however almost in a stage set sort of way - many details were missed, which makes it still feel a bit run down. Overall a good stay.

Marriott is located right next to the Boca Center which has some nice shopping and dining options. The service from check-in on had been very good. I have nothing to complain about in that regard. The rooms are nice, clean but nothing spectacular. The free WiFi is nice. Other amenities offered are exercise room and outdoor pool. Both seem to be above average although I didn't use either.
