  Rooms were nice and clean. Front Office was very accommodating. Was visiting relatives coming from out of state, and they were happy with everything.

  Poor experience at this hotel and especially with their general manager. We notified the staff of a noise issue with the heater that prevented us from sleeping and they said it would be looked at. Once we returned, we learned the unit was examined but the noise still persisted. Long story short we did receive a refund for one night, not two, and they offered to move us to a different property which would have been even more inconvenient. The GM ultimately thought it would be best not to refund the second night because of the simple fact we decided to stay and not completely move hotels. So if staying here keep in mind it;s just better to inconvenience yourself rather than expecting management to do right by their customers.

  Rooms were nice and clean, late check-out of 1pm was nice. Only downside was the low water pressure in the shower.

  Clean room, somewhat dated. Very good hotel service. However, the tap water smells and tastes like well water. This may be a South Florida issue and not Courtyard's issue and Irma may have affected the ground water. We are spoiled by Great Lakes tap water but this was a downer. The front desk did offer bottled water, though and the overall experience was good, except for the water quality.

  We were blessed to have a room during Hurricane Irma. I and my 85 year old parents, one with a walker and the other with memory issues. I couldn't have been happier. Although we were prepared with food and ice enough for the duration, many of the staff stayed in the hotel for limited food service for those who did not have the chance to prepare. The manager Paul Jackson was fully available at all times jumping to do anything that was needed. He was exemplary in defusing a situation where one guest was demanding that the weather channel should be playing 24/7 in the lobby. We were in the lobby to try to be as normal as possible getting out of our rooms to get away from our other family members who ONLY wanted to watch the storm on TV. When the hotel lost power also they worked their hardest to make sure we had what we needed and were safe and comfortable. Kiddos to this hotel manager and his team! They were also housing about 25 linemen that had come from as far a Pennsylvania and had food and snacks to get them out as soon as it was safe. I and others felt we were treated like 5 star guests. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

  Clean, modern rooms with good amenities for the business traveler. Staff is friendly and efficient. It also has a surprisingly affordable restaurant.

  Excellent staff. Rooms are nice. Needs a mirror outside the vanity area so that two people can get ready simultaneously.

  Whilst we arrived very late, the welcome was great and we were pleased with the space and styling of the room. We didn't really have much chance to see the facilities of the hotel but really appreciated the 12 o'clock checkout, the location and the price of this hotel.

  Amazing experience. From the front reception desk where I was greeted by a lovely lady whom made me feel welcomed and tried her hardest to accommodate me in every way she could. I will look up her name because not only do I want to write a letter to her General Manager but I also want to bring or send her a gift due to her kindness.
  I used to stay nearby at the Embassy Suites whom were not very nice to me on the phone when I called them, and now plan to stay at the Marriot from now on when I come to the area. Will definitely be booking there again in the near future because of the way I was treated!
  I will always look to this Hotel as my first choice from now on because of the positive experience I had. Rooms were clean and in good condition. Within walking distance to a nice choice of restaurants and close to all highways so very convenient location. LOVED MY STAY! Marc
