It deserves zero stars. Roaches somewhere everyday. Shady people hanging around the property. The phones dont work in the rooms to complain about the roaches so you go to the front desk to inform the front desk about the phone and the roaches and there's nobody there 3 days in a row. The place is right next to 95 with cars beeping all day and its right near to the airport. Dont expect to get much rest during the day.

First of all, This black lady at the from desk, i guess she works at night.. She is AMAZING !!! but she is the only good thing about this place NO POOL. breakfast is just snack bars. AND OUR SHEETS WERE DIRTY, i mean make up on the pillow hair on the sheets type of dirty.. THE BATHROOM WAS NOT EVEN CLEANED. Hair all over. Kitchen is sooo tiny.. and u have to walk in the kitchen to enter the bathroom. This hotel had more of a motel vybe RED STAINS ON THE FLOOR. Yo we checked in last night and we r checking out in the morning.. this is mad nasty.

Very unprofessional, ignorant & vindictive group of

females behind that front desk. I can not, for the life

of me, remember this so-called assistant manager's name

but she is clearly psychotic & she also is a LIAR! A

boldface LIAR! And Alicia needs an attitude readjustment

if she is going to continue to work at the front desk

rolling her HUGE fish eyes. I do not appreciate being

kicked out of my room, after staying there for 2 months,

just because she doesn't like me. Not my problem hun.

Note, I do not know this lady outside of Extended Stay.

It doesn't make it right for her to straight up & down

LIE about an imaginary conversation about the smell of

smoke in my room, that me & her never had. It really

baffles me that someone in such a position can set such

an ugly example for this establishment. Don't believe me?

This hotel is easy access to the highway as well as the Tri-Rail.There is a 7-11 located directly across the street from the hotel. Its great for an overnight stay 3 day weekend and even a bit longer excellent for out of town guests it has kitchenettes a coffee bar laundry on premises and dishes upon request staff is likable a little abrasive depending on the time of day and who is on the front desk

Decent staff, but encountered an unpleasant issue. Stayed a few months back and encountered a bathroom with a walk-in shower whose drain continued to back-up. the real issue was that there was no maintenance to fix the issue since it was the weekend. Other than that, pretty decent stay for business.

Stay away!!! We recently stayed here For two days with out 3 young children ages 3 and 15 month old twins. We checked in late and everyone was tired and cranky. We get everyone in the room and set up the pack and plays and lay the twins down. My 3 year old never made a peep and passed out. The twins on the other hand fought sleep and cried for maybe 10 minutes. Lets say 15 to semi justify the BS that came next.

A security guard was called to come to our room by the front desk. The same person who checked us in a few minutes ago requested this. The officer came in and asked me to quiet the twins which were quiet at this point. She then told me they had several complaints of noise. I get it, it's late and they were crying. But THEY ARE BABIES!!!! Come on now!! She didn't seem to care that we just checked in. We were later told if they get noise complaints again that we need to leave.

The ONLY people here are people who LIVE HERE YEAR ROUND! They are all scum drug addicts and dealers. They are up all night long making noise outside of the rooms and fighting but my twins crying for 10 minutes is the issue??? I just think we weren't the right color to be staying here and were harassed the whole time. Never again!!!

Now on to the dirty ass room!! They shoved car air freshners in the air conditioning unit to cover up the moldy smell. The carpet was covered in stains so the kids stayed in shoes the whole time. All I can say is thank god they walk well!! The bed had old good wrappers and french fries under it as well as other misc items. The staff clearly doesn't worry about cleanliness. This is the worst extended stay we have ever been to and we have been to a few the past few weeks while looking for a new home since we moved to FL from NJ

Staff was friendly, location is ok, close to airport, breakfast was not breakfast, it was coffee and a grain bar or a chocolate muffin. AC sounds like a helicopter. Nothing in the kitchen. Tiny rooms. Pretty low standard overall but for an overnight stay it's sufficient. Recommend the pizza at the 7eleven across the road

1. The staff at the check in time, starting from the manager was very cold and nothing accommodating, it's like take it or leave it.
2.We can get housekeeping service only once a week, in my case with my little baby my garbage gets full very easy, so we need to empty it ourselves and also take the dirty towels and bed sheets to the front desk in order to get replacement.
3. We have been inconvenienced by a/c cleaning one day and the following day was somebody from pests control (none from the hotel)
4. We noticed that the top bed sheet on the bed where my baby was, there was some fresh stains looking like tomato sauce (I used my own bed sheet where he was sleeping, so I didn't notice it before to complain about it ).
5. They advertise a breakfast, but it's actually based in coffee, hot water, muffins and cereal bars ( very poor) and sometimes the stuff runs out.
If I would stay there again: Sure not!
