I’ve stayed here several times after my brother moved to Coconut Creek 2012. I really liked this hotel at first. It was convenient and pet friendly; however, they are going down hill in cleanliness and customer service. The last straw was the price gouging and mandatory multinight booking during a holiday. I will no longer use the Hilton chain. IGH chains for us from this point on.
Good customers service, great breakfast, lovely rooms and a nice pool & hot tub A recipe for paradise! I always stay at the Hilton Boca when in town. I can't wait to get back there
The room was clean and the place in general was nicely decorated. The provided free breakfast and the chef who made omelettes was very good and I enjoyed the service. Employees were kind and helpful
As a regular guest here, the service is always excellent. Nice pool area & workout room. Also evening reception and hot breakfast are very nice.
We booked 3 nights when Hurricane Irma was heading for us. We were told there was a backup generator. In fact, there was only a back up generator for the lobby area..not even the KITCHEN (a few feet away) had a generator, and everyone had to eat horrid cold cuts, while being charged full price of course. We left early, as we found our house never did lose power, and later when we called the hotel customer service line and told them what happened, they said "Well, you know, it was an unexpected event." I explained that this is FLORIDA, and that's why it's called HURRICANE SEASON, they ARE in fact expected. A 1500.00 generator would have at least kept the kitchen going.
It is indeed a nice hotel, just don't stay there in a storm.
Always a great option wonderful location great lake view and the prices are very good. Rooms are very good just the shower beds a new tile.
Very nice. The room could have been cleaner. Needs be carpet. Pull out couch is like a torture device. I slept in the floor instead.
Comfortable hotel with suite style rooms. The hallways are open-air, which can be warm in the Florida heat. But each room has an air purifier and good A/C.
The best part: free breakfast, and free happy hour. Yes, free alcohol during happy hour. This alone brings us back every year.
Very nice hotel with clean rooms. Breakfast was very good with lots to chose from. The staff was very friendly. Looking to go back again later this summer.
Booked the Hilton on Travelocity and was told when I arrived that Hilton Honors would not apply since I booked 3rd party. Feel like we got a less than a desirable room because of 3rd party booking. The pullout couch was very worn and had a tear and hole in upholstery. The pullout was uneven and uncomfortable. The king bed was lumpy. We also got one of the few rooms that did not have a balcony and it was on the bottom floor. However, the breakfast was great omelets made to order, etc. The pool area was nice and it has a unique atrium. It also had a nice suite layout. It is time for the furniture to be updated.
Good location. Fair accommodations. Better-than-average Continental Breakfast. Would give 4 stars if they paid more attention to detail. I would recommend staying here.
This hotel is a dump - it's so outdated it still has popcorn ceilings! For the $254 we paid I would have expected at least a room that smelled nice. I will definitely not be back and do not recommend staying here.
I was a guest at this property three times in the months of March and April of this year. That's three different weeks. Week one there were no problems. Week two my vehicle was broken into and I had three things stolen at a value of $3000.00 plus the expense of getting my window replaced, I thought "okay these things happen" but boy was I wrong. On the third week while I parked my truck and trailer literally at the front door (with the managers permission) my truck, trailer, tools and valuables were stolen. By the way they do have night security and both times I was robbed the same security guard was on duty. My things that were taken has a value of over $50,000.00. Hilton's insurance company told me that they were in no way responsible and that they were sorry. They did however comp me one nights stay and a free meal. (roughly $300.00) I am a Hilton honors member with silver status. The staff is okay, the hotel itself is nice but do not expect to see your vehicle in the parking lot when you wake up ! I was told by local law enforcement that this is a common thing for this hotel.
