Great staff left my key and wasn't to much trouble to get another. They clean the room while you're gone, and have great and more than enough breakfast. Just hard to find out vending machines because of the incorrect signs.

Would stay here over the Disney resorts any day. Atmosphere is laid back. Breakfast was amazing and plentiful (Ego waffles through the pizza oven? Brilliant!), loved that it was served buffet style (no waiting on kids who don't know what they want) and always felt prepped for a long day at the parks. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom could use a few fixes, but everything functioned. Fridge malfunctioned once, but was fixed same day. Plenty of space to spread out in the evening, pool looked great, and all rooms can see the courtyard / pool area / playground (great if you have kids)

Very clean, well maintained hotel. Good breakfast buffet every morning and they switch it up a bit so its not the same stuff daily. Izzy at the guest services desk is amazing at getting you set up for any tickets you may need. She has a great personality. Would be happy to stay again on our next visit

Nice hotel even though the room looks a bit old. Simple but nice breakfast included.
A big negative on the shuttle to Universal. Didn't see any information about the hours of departure before booking but you would expect it to be early. Departure at 11:30 when the park opens at 8.
Overall a really good place with nice staff.

One of my favorite hotels. They are one of the very first hotels in the Orlando area to have two suites room. The suites are very spacious and have all the amenities. The pool area is awesome as well. A great choice for your Disney or Orlando vacation.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are very clean and a lot of room. Has granite tops in the kitchen. Small mini fridge and a small cook top if needed. Great pool area and happy hour between 5-6 was a great social gathering. Location is great not to far off the highway close to lots of entertainment. Family of 4 can fit very comfortable. Would come back again.

We originally booked a room with another hotel through a pet friendly website while evacuating from Key West due to Hurricane Irma. After showing up to that hotel at 4:30am we were told they were no longer pet friendly and that they would charge us $250 per dog per day. My family of 4 was devastated and didn't know what to do or where to go. Luckily Valerie answered and was able to get us a pet friendly suite! The hotel is very nice, pet friendly, offers free breakfast, the staff is very friendly and our housekeeper is amazing! We will gladly stay here from now on when we travel this wayI can only hope next time is for fun and not for an evacuation!

During Hurricane Irma my loved ones and I spent two nights here, after having to evacuate our homes. This place was packed with people going through the same thing. All of the staff members were amazing. Anything we needed, we had within minutes. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Keep up the great work!!!

Very nicely impressed. Pool area is beautiful. Loved the pool bar and enjoyed sitting next to the pool with some drinks and chicken wings!
Definitely will be back. Staff was very friendly and good customer service! Tim at the front desk was very nice.
I was a little concerned after reading some of the other reviews but we did not have any issue at this hotel and the rooms were very clean and spacious.

My husband and I stayed here for our vacation, it is in a perfect location close to all the theme parks, old town and shopping centers. The staff there is all wonderful and helpful. The only problem we had with the hotel is they were redoing the parking lot and blocked off both entrances at the same time. But the rooms were great for the price and we didn't have any problems.

Staff are all super friendly and accommodating. Suites are exactly what I expected, it's an ideal set up for a day at the parks with young kids. Bring them home to the bedroom with a door that closes so you can rest in the living room afterwards. The free breakfast buffet saves you some time and money in the mornings. Pool was warm and fun (March 2017). On site pizza is delicious! Only wish we could keep the fan on all night as white noise, fans only run when they need to blow the AC. Our stay has been fantastic.

We stayed here for my daughters first trip to Disney at first everything was going good. The breakfast was great and she loved the hot tub. Then Wednesday we found 3 roaches in our room. But that's not the worst of it when we callled to speak to someone about this the man on the phone laughed. My daughter wasn't laughing when she was afraid to sleep because bugs were in our room! We only got credit for one night! I feel like this situation should have been handled better. I have experience with bed bugs and roaches and when they are likely in one room they are likely to be in others!! This issue needs to be addressed and taken seriously before some family brings them home. Lucky I know how to deal with these issues but some family may not! I will not be coming back here!

Some kind of odd residue found on night stand, brown stain on white shower curtain, kids running until 2 am, broken ac unit. I didn't sleep at all, and had a two hour drive, not to mention the pipe i found in the room! I made a complaint ( this was a 200$ room!) they comped 12$!!! And room service!, there's a 20% fee to bring the food to your room. I believe that was comped. The excuse was maybe it was a last minute room.. Yes it was the last room since President Trump was in town. Still no excuse to leavesomething ( i didn't exactly have the residue analyzed, just wiped it so my child wouldn't touch it, an chucked the glass pipe out the door before my child saw it!!!) and picked up the broken glass. They asked why i didn't complain. I was there one night, I didn't want a strange man keeping me MORE awake in my room at 2 am. I should have switched rooms but who wants to get out of bed when they have to drive another 2 hours the next morning!! NOT WORTH IT they said id get a call from a supervisor. But I still haven't heard anything. If they fixed this situation id be the first one to get back on and say they were at least stand up about it! But 12$ and a free pizza don't make up for the culmination of things wrong with that room.
