We were searching for quality furniture and Wolf's definitely was the place for us to find it. Hardly anyone has furniture made from solid wood anymore! We purchased custom pieces from the Smith Brothers collection and everything is just beautiful. The matching chair that we purchased is wonderful and we couldn't be happier. Everything arrived on schedule and the delivery was convenient too. Gary helped us with our selection, ordering and answered all of our questions prior to our order. We have been back since our initial order to get assistance with bedding for our grandchildren / guest bedroom and we were once again given five star treatment. Oh yes, we will be going back.

I don't know how picky some of these people are! We have nothing but positive feedback! Special order was told could take eight weeks! Arrived early! All furniture is of great quality! Great sales people! Only place we go for our furniture!

UPDATE:
I still recommend reading my original review below and I will still not recommend this store to anybody. Yes, my delivery fee was refunded but I still will be waiting for my furniture. I won't go into it but the issue ended up being something that could have been prevented and then for delivery they still wanted to deliver at their convenience not mine--as much as they twisted it to be at my convenience. They also asked me to update this review that it has been resolved--frankly it won't be until I receive my furniture and ensure there is no damage to it. Ultimately I cancelled this order.

Still waiting. Over a month ago I purchased a few pieces of furniture but was told the color couch I wanted needed to be ordered and could take two weeks. Ok no big deal, I just told them to deliver all my furniture at once to save myself some delivery hassle. It's been over a month now and I still have not been contacted about my couch or scheduling my delivery. I'm going to call today because this has gotten a bit beyond a sensible time to wait and I will be asking for some sort of refund on delivery fees (which are ridiculous). I was also a little disappointed when I went to pick up some of my furniture the piece I had bought from clearance was still on the floor and not marked as sold--thank goodness no one had bought it during the time it took me to get some some help to pick it up and bring it back to my place. Besides the great financing options and decent sales staff I think I would recommend going elsewhere and I really hate leaving negative reviews I'm just really not happy with the lack of professionalism I'm experiencing

Huge furniture store with a variety of different styles and Great section of different quailies of furniture.
Very Kind,caring and non - pushy sales personal.
Kid friendly up stairs has a nice size kids playroom so you can spend time and shop while knowing your children are having fun .
Just order our Furniture I will rewrite a review in 6-8 + wks if anything changes on the way I feel .

Why pay more for Big Lots quality furniture at Wolf's when you can go right to Big Lots for half the price!? Actually..I've had Big Lots furniture that was better quality than the furniture I purchased at Wolf's. I will NEVER buy another piece of furniture from Wolf's..you could not pay me to put their crap quality furniture in my home. I purchased a couch 1 1/2 years ago..it needed fixed shortly after getting it..and it needs fixed AGAIN. Wolf's won't fix it because "it's out of warranty" (are you kidding me?!)and they will not respond to whether or not they have a warranty on their own work since it's the same issue that they fixed. It doesn't pay to buy a Guardsman warranty through them either, because they are just as rude and uncaring as Wolf's staff when you have an issue. I would have been better off to light $1000.00 on fire.

Had a great experience at the State College Wolf's Furniture! They seem to try to stock the store with not only high end goods but all ranges of items to meet a wide variety of people's needs. As a bonus all of the staff seem very helpful, even when they are all busy. I would only ever go back to this Wolf's for all my furniture needs going forward!

Very disappointed with the quality of the furniture. We paid close to $5k for a leather sectional set and here to find only the seat surface is real leather and side and back are fake leather and falling apart only a month after delivery

Went the first time and met with a very nice and professional lady about bed sets. Was treated great and professional but ended up going somewhere else since everything we were interested in wasn't available or on back order. That experience was fine.

The 2nd time back we were looking for a couch and chair set from the clearance section. We saw the lady that helped us before but she was with someone else. We helped ourselves to a gentleman at the finance area to come help with the set we wanted. He assured us that the model set was the set we were getting since it was in the clearance section. He even had us sign a paper saying that was the couch we were getting and we did not see any damage to the floor model set. We set a date and time to return to pick it up ourselves. We get there and they said it's out of stock! How when we were just there a day or two prior sitting on it? I'm not a very picky customer but this was a bit frustrating. They did call me and I returned there call but the lady on the phone didn't even know what the first call was about. It can be a professional place but it depends on who you find to help you.

We purchased furniture and it was delivered prior to promised date. We've become a frequent shopper's as we redo our house and living space. We have great respect for all the people we are in contact with. They are professional, caring, customer focused enterprise. It didn't take long for us to realize why they have been in business as a Family for over 100 years.
