  WORST COMPNY EVER!!! CHARGING ME $1400 TO GET OUT OF THE CONTRACT THAT THEY CAN NOT FULFILL WITH SERVICES!!!! YOU ARE CHARGING SMALL COMPANIES THAT MUCH MONEY TO GET OUT OF CONTRACT WHICH I HADN'T EVEN SIGNED WITH THEM SHAME ON YOU!!!!!! MY ADVICE TO ANY BUSINESS SMALL OR BIG DO NOT GO WITH THEM THEY ONLY WANT YO TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!!!! THRY ARE MULTIMILLION DOLLARS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY SCREW EVERY SMALL BUSINESS!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

  IF CITY OF PHILADELPHIA CAN PICK UP THEIR STREET TRASH ON TIME HOW COME YOU CAN'T DO YOUR JOB!
  I have small cafe business in Philadelphia and my service always get skipped every Fridays and trash hangs around in the street for days! I have get on phone for hours very week and only thing they say I am on schedule but no one shows up! THIS HAS BEEN HAPPEN FOR 1 YEAR! I get rid of your services you guys go and buy out small company that I have hired for my services PLEASE DO YOUR JOB OF PROVIDING SERVICES THAT I PAY ON TIME EVERY MONTH!

  Horrible company. zero commitment to their customers. Never execute on commitments. Very unreliable staff members they just don’t care about their job. Nothing but never ending problems.

  Several days this week someone from Waste Management called me to ask me if they've completed the service at my business. They have not. They check on why the service hasn't been completed, it's always some insane reason like "could not find the key" to an unlocked door at a time when employees are on site or "the trash cans were not left outside" when this has never been our arrangement. They tell me they are going to come back around to pick up my garbage before the day it out. They never come.
  
  The next day this process begins all over again.

  I get automatically billed for and want weekly service but I don't get weekly service. The billing isn't connected to actual services rendered. When I called to complain about a missed pick up, I was told that GPS showed that the driver was in the area of my building and that counted as a pick up.
  
  EDIT:
  I called the number in your reply and ended up in a automated menu, not fun. After 5 minutes of a combination of the automation and being on hold, I hung up. WM was hands down the most reliable service of any kind that I've used as a business owner but then something happened about this time (spring) of last year (2022) and it's been nothing but a battle between getting service and getting my bill corrected.
