This place is terrible if your waiting there to dump. There can be 3 trucks in front of you but yet you still sit there for 40 minutes. Its crazy.

For a dump, this place is clean, rules are rules tho, you must wear a helmet when out of truck, I've heard specific drivers not allowed to go back for breaking rules.

My grandson Parker is 2 and a half years old and loves all kinds of trucks we are always outside when the trash truck comes by our guy is Willian White I believe , he always says hi , has let my grandson and I take pictures next to the truck, beeps his horn when finished . My grandson is always sitting in his battery operated tractor. And loves it. Willian gave my grandson Parker a Waste Management football and a basketball and Christmas card. I want to thank him for making a child ‘s day exciting, William is a great example of an employee any company would love to have with them . We live on Linden Ave in Morrisville Pa

Service has been terribly erratic from the beginning. I am supposed to have service twice a week. There had not been a single month when all pick-ups took place. No supervisor has ever called me back to follow up on complaints.
