This place is horrible. They charged me a hampton resident $150 to dump trash from my house. The guy at the window told me to dump my trash on the ground in front of the dumpsters because all the dumpsters were overflowing so i did. Then a dumpster driver told not to so i told him to talk to the guy at the front window because he told me to dump on the ground. Never will i ever go back.

Minimum charge for trash is 1 ton so if you have a small truck and need to make 4+ trips to unload trash it'll be a minimum of 90ish0$ per load.

I barely had 300lbs in my truck and it's automatically 1 ton?

I was told to, "get a bigger truck."

As a major remodeler we have lots of garbage. Waste Management automatically renewed the contract for 3 years unless you notify them via certified letter 6 months before expiration of old contract. Afterwards, during the height of Covid we were charged $400 for empty dumpster fee. When we called the company, including corporate office, we were told: "You signed the contract, live with it." Once we were able to finally go with someone else, they kept calling from the retention department. This company DID NOT SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESS during Covid. They profited from it, without any compassion. When everyone was being laid off they charged for empty dumpsters at $400 each. No compassion. Terrible business.
