The trash can sure take a lot of abuse. This one has lasted me a long time. I looked up the day my trash would be picked up for the holiday weekend and it said it would be on the normal day but it came the day after. Just thought you should know you need to improve your website.

I am trying to reach WM about a bill. So far I have met LISA some automated robot who has hung up on me four times. So I called the 800 number. Was on hold 20 minutes and then got transferred 3 times to a number that wasn't available so that hung up on me too. Now back to the 800 number and been on hold for 10 minutes and counting. What ever happened to people answering the phone. You waste MY time instead of yours and I guess that's okay with you. Your service is good. Trying to reach you seems to be a real problem.

I do live in a challenging location - my road is dirt and unpaved, and it's on a hill which makes things challenging in the winter and wet months. But I have gone for a total of 6 weeks during this winter with no service to my cans, and when I called to discuss options, such as bringing my cans down to the end of the road where they had been receiving service all winter, I was told that was not an option. I will be looking at other waste removal services in the area because I have been so disappointed with my service and lack of willingness to work with me towards a solution.

I have had Waste Managment as my trash collection service for many years even before moving to CO. I was using a local service for recycling but recently switch to WM for recycling and it has been such terrible service! We have had our recycling picked up once in the last 2 months. Our garbage has been collected no problems. When I call to let them know they tell me the dirver said our bin was not out but I know my bin was out and it was not just me who didn't get serviced it was my whole neighborhood. They have been crediting our account for the missed pick ups but its just getting a little rediculous, I want a recycling pick up service. The thing that really upsets me is the lying, saying we didn't have our bins out when we did. Dishonesty ls not a good look WM. Shame on you!

When calling in to customer service agents you will automatically receive not my problem attitude. This is what I got three weeks in a row when my trash was not picked up. All three times they replied the driver said they picked up in your area and yet 9 trash container on this road set piling up for three weeks. The cost is outragous. No monthly billing option only quarterly. Trash constantly blowing out the top of the truck into fields. Called in about that too and was told someone could come out in a few days. That was pointless after a few days the wind had scattered trash everywhere and they would only pickup along road and ditch not the fields and yards it blew into.
