While the overall service is fine, our dumpster has had no lid for over 2 years. Living in the country there are all kinds of animals that love raiding the trash can so we only take trash out on the day that is our pick up day. It isn't sanitary in our garage, but problematic otherwise.
That is my only real complaint as the driver generally picks up the trash when we are not at home.

Four Star only wish you offered a miss pick up not a fee of $89., for those once in a while forgetting to put out the can.

Nearly impossible to cancel service with WM. They make it very hard to get clear direction on how to cancel service.
