I had a good experience dropping some junk. It was on a Saturday, so I had to pay cash. They only accept cards during the weekdays.
There was a short line, but it went quick. You pull up to the pay window, which puts you on a scale. It weighs your vehicle with your junk in it.
On the way out, you pull up to the opposite window and your vehicle gets weighed without your junk. Based on the weight, they charge you. Easy in and easy out.

Service is dependable but there should be more options for Seniors on a fixed income. I get charged for a 96 gallon can every week. Why are there not smaller cans available? I put a 13 gallon bag in each week. Seems like a waste on money to me. Same with the recycle bin at best a third full. Smaller cans and lower prices are needed.

They phone app is great, always know if a day will be missed or late or the next day, and it's rare a day is missed. Billing is easy and affordable. Great value and consistency. Best waste service in Tucson, and I have tried them all.

This facility is easily accessible. The staff at the scales are always friendly and always have a smile in their face when they greet you. As you drive in just follow the signs and when you get to the destination there's usually somebody there that helps direct you as to where you need to go. You wouldn't expect a dump to be "clean", but this place is. There is always somebody in the land mover "organizing" discarded items. Be sure to grab a rake and a broom, because we always forget that when we're at the dot lol. Always be willing to help somebody else out, I have been helped numerous times and it is appreciated. I think waste management for the constant upkeep of this facility. Kudos to each and every one of them that are out there during the summer months!

This was a very friendly and easy experience. The line moved quickly. For dumping basic items (non-hazardous) and smaller you can use the green roll-off containers that are very near the entrance. There are recycle options too. Reasonable prices. Just remember Saturday is cash only and no ATM on-site.
