  We have been using WM for a number of years and are pleased with the consistency and reliability of the drivers. We have two receptacles, one for trash and one for recycled refuse. They are retrieved at different times and we have adapted to this cycle. In all the time we have been using WM, we have experienced very few problems with a missed pick-up and never have had a discrepancy concerning our bill. Overall, we are very pleased with WM and welcome their community involvement in activities throughout the area. Would recommend WM.

  Always picked up properly. Almost always punctual. It’s easy to find out pick up times during a holiday. WM app is also helpful. It’s easy to cancel or delay service.

  I have no complaints. They drive is very good about getting out to of the truck to pick up an extra item that will not fit in the trash can. We had pickup twice a week and it has been change to once a week. I really liked the twice a week.

  WM Tucson was the only trash collection company to offer a military/veteran discount and that held high regard for me as a military veteran of two branches of the military. The service started great, but after the first month they would consistently miss my scheduled pickup days. Since it was on Friday and even though they said they would pick it up the next day inevitably it wouldn't be until the following Wednesday that they would come back. Each time I called and would speak to someone who said they would contact the dispatch supervisor and ensure that this would not occur again. After the sixth time and the inability to speak to the actual route supervisor I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau for WM's corporate office. Within days I received a call from not only the corporate office but the actual route supervisor for the Tucson area. They provided the customer support that should've occurred in the beginning! The gentleman from corporate called me every week until we were both confident that the problem was resolved and the route supervisor gave me their direct number to contact should I ever run into any issues in the future. One caveat is the driver that services my route he is the nicest most polite individual ever! I did find out that whenever he was off or away from work was when I was having issues with alternate drivers. So in conclusion, I would say that WM Tucson has the potential to be an excellent company to go with for your garbage disposal services.

  What kind of customer service is this? I called at 2:30 pm and was on hold for 37 min until it became “after hours”….how can this company expect to recruit new business if they don’t answer phone calls? I was calling to start service at my new address which was still registered under the previous owner so i was unable to do this online. I’m going to look for other residential pickup companies
