Lately it’s been hit and miss each week. Pick up is supposed to be Monday and Thursday however, last week they didn’t pick up on Thursday at all. The week before, they didn’t pick up on Monday, but on Tuesday even though a message went out that it would be on time despite the holiday. It’s just confusing. Hopefully, the new schedule will improve the situation.

You come when you want apparently? Somehow that you have pick up someday holidays you don't who knows what's happening your times have changed too so they used to come in the morning and then sometimes I've seen them at 4:00 in the afternoon so apparently you have staffing issues or something need to be more transparent with your times and give us warning the same day not a day afterwards you're not coming. Thank you we'll see if you're really concerned.

Service is good but we were charged for an item that kept the lid from closing (about 6") completely. No warning just notification of an expensive extra fee that exceeds our monthly fee. The item could have been readily pushed down for the lid to shut. This is a business and we have many who dispose of waste in the dumpster and some are more diligent than others. A warning would have been appreciated that even this minor of an infraction is cause for excessive extra fees.

My service representative Frank was very personable and cared about giving Waste Management customers the best services offered.

I received another "at a boy" survey from youI give you 5 Stars.Well nowWhich I don't mind because of your realistic pricesMy neighbors Or some neighbors say you come late, like 4pm to 5pm Again it doesn't matter because I was tired of getting gouged. Anyway what's the great expectation you're looking for. Service? You comeLateBut you come. So in the day I/We never got a survey for doing our job. Is that the Norm now? Lol
Keep the prices realistic and reasonable.

I even suggested to my neighbors to require your services. The trucks seem to be quieter than our previous service. The timing of the pickups is really good and the size of container is great!
