  I have been at my present house for a year and a half. The one thing that has not changed is the constant and dependable weekly pick up. Never left a single piece of trash. Lived in another city for 60 years and I always went out the garage with a broom and a dust pan.

  We were on our way out and they were picking up the trash and recycling and the van fell far from where it should have been placed again… the driver got off and grabbed the trash bin and placed it back himself

  Service is good and pick up site left clean. Although reaching a representative by phone would be nice for questions I have.
  Definitely would refer WM to others.

  Check your itemized bill! I was paying for My recycle can but nobody would come and pick it up for months so I had to put it out with my main can but to find out that I was paying a separate administration fee, fuel charge fee, yada dada fee for that can that no one was picking up for months added up to an exorbitant amount of money. Incredibly ridiculous so always check your itemized bill cuz you might be paying for things that you really don't need to
