Love this hotel! The rooms are spacious and very comfortable! The free continental breakfast has a large variety of food that is delicious. This is the second time we have stayed here and will definitely stay here again!

I have nothing negative to say about our stay here. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - especially Angela at the front desk. Our room was modern, clean, and in good condition. The breakfast was well-stocked and maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to staying here again.

I left my bath robe in the guest room, but called the hotel and talked to a front desk representative as soon as I returned home, who first told me they found a gown in my room, but not a robe, so no, they didn't have a robe. I informed her that we were talking about the same item. I was told it would be sent to me at no charge even though I offered to pay for its shipment because it was my mistake. After two weeks, it still hadn't arrived. I contacted the parent office who sent me a very nice email detailing the individual hotel responsibilities and informed me that the hotel would be contacting me. I was never contacted by the hotel and I never received my robe. My advice is to make sure you have everything before you leave this hotel, or you will never see it again.

The staff was nice and the room was perfect. What made it even better is that their amenities were 24 hr so we could swim whenever we wanted. We will definitely stay there again.

The location is extremely traveler friendly. Right across the street from the mall and plenty of options for food. Nice rooms with fitness center and heated pool. Obviously the complimentary breakfast is a big incentive but so is the free internet.

I enjoyed my stay at Wingate; the staff was incredibly friendly (from the front desk to the cleaning staff). They made sure that the accommodations were to our liking. The rooms were spotless when we arrived, and thoroughly​ cleaned in while we were out and about for our day. There was some sort of event going on for a mens college lacrosse team and they made some noise, but I don't consider that to be a fault of the staff. Even still the noises were muffled enough that i was able to sleep alright. I didn't use the TV (I don't really watch television anymore), and i guess the refrigerator works (again I didn't really use it). If things change tonight I might come back and change my review, but I've stayed here before and doubt that there will be any issues.

Very clean and tidy. No lingering smoke smell that some establishments haven't addressed yet. The continental breakfast was more than just an afterthought and the staff was very friendly.

The stay was very good! The staff was very nice. There was someone who helped us with breakfast and the receptionist was very nice as well. They also set expectations and met them. It was an enjoyable stay.
