  Parking lot was a disaster and finding a spot was difficult. The TV did not work in our room. After calling the front desk twice, we were told there's nothing they can do. It's a good thing they check the equipment periodically.

  Clean and comfortable. All amenities were available. Very pleasant staff. Would stop there again when traveling on I-77

  Clean rooms, friendly staff, convenient location on 77 North, at exit 170. Complete breakfast with items that my gluten free granddaughter could eat!

  Very clean facility very clean rooms nice customer service nice desk people that greet you when you walk in great breakfast close to other restaurants across the street from Cracker Barrel

  Great room and a convenient location. Everything was very nice and clean and the fact that the hotel is pet friendly with a reasonable fee is a huge bonus. It helped me out when my new rental needed a bunch of work done. Nice big TV, too. We were all quite comfortable during a rather stressful time.

  This holiday innn was beautiful! After having moved from another establishment in the area that was.gross, to walk into this hotel was like a breath of fresh air. Then, Debbie and Randy at the front desk were nice, welcoming and attentive to our needs. Randy worked to get accommodated at the best possible rate and get us settled asap. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area. Great service and accommodations!

  Everything was great here for our overnight stay. The front desk clerk was very nice and helpful. We stayed in a 2 queen room. The beds were comfortable, the room was modern and clean and the shower had excellent pressure and plenty of hot water! No complaints whatsoever.

  Love the rooms and beds very modern and clean! Only thing was breakfast came down at 8 and nothing filled! Dirty tables and full trash bins! Food workers were not to be seen refilling or cleaning tables when they came in from outside looked like a smoke break?! Kind followed each other empty handed and were not the workers that cared about the food stocking or cleanliness of dining area!

  Just awesome! The room is very clean, and the bed is very comfortable. I would definitely come back if I'm ever in the area again.
