When I come in from Ohio I always stay here. We have been coming down for 10 years and always friendly staff. Very very clean. Smells clean. Not one time has there ever been an issue while I was here.

Super 8 is generally a place we choose to stay at when travelling. I am glad that we stopped at this hotel in Ripley, West Virginia.

It is conveniently located off the interstate. The local roads are kept in good condition and the traffic controls were easy to navigate. It was to find the parking lot and once there we had plenty of room to navigate. The front desk clerk was attentive and polite. Check-in was done carefully and courteously.

The room was spacious with two large beds and a newly installed television. The views are fantastic! West Virginia at its best. A river runs just behind the hotel and there was an old iron railroad bridge nearby. In the morning the mountains were lit up and the mists were showered in gold streaks.

Their breakfast offering wasn’t shoddy and we had something nice to get us going on our way. Checkout was fairly easy and we got on our way in the morning.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at the manager Daniel was very ride an unprofessional he threatened to kick me out atleast 20 times becuz I didn't know my license plate I couldn't believe the way he was acting he said he was gonna call the cops on me 5 times becuz I said a cuss word.. I tried to the bigger man an shake his hand an he wouldn't shake my hand.. he was very very rude.. IF YOU ALL CAN DO ME A FAVOR AN JUST PICK ANOTHER HOTEL AND NOT STAY THERE THAT WOULD BE AMAZING SHOW THEM THAT CUSTOMERS DESERE RESPECT.. like he said nothing will happen let's show them

Stopped here during a winter storm. Surprisingly the cheapest option around and quite nice inside. Clean and comfortable, perfect for what I needed. Walls are a bit thin and could hear people in the hallway and above us.

Room are clean but shower makes a shrill noise as the water runs through it the tile is crack in front of the tube and the shower floor creaks as u move around in it ..the sink drain drains very slowly like it is half way plugged up. Most of the staff is nice .. very small parking lot for large trucks and have had to park on side of the road to park for the night only 3 trucks can get in it.

Very easy place to stay. I have never had an issue, rooms are clean, not the greatest smell when you walk in, but it's an older hotel but the staff really keeps up with it. Single rooms have a king size bed and I had no issues putting a Pack n Play and pet friendly. Continental breakfast and coffee is available in the morning as grab-n-go, if you tables are in the reception area or you can take it to your room.

Plenty of other amenities are within walking distance of the hotel. Gas stations, Mexican restaurant, fast-food, grocery store, ect

Beds were very comfortable and rooms were adequately furnished and supplied. Nice continental breakfast was included. This consisted of cinnamon rolls, yogurt, cereal, milk, toaster waffles, coffee, juice, etc.

This is one of the nicest Super 8s I've stayed in. It's clean, affordable, convenient and rather updated. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. You can tell they take pride in maintaining the hotel. If I am ever back in Ripley and need a place to stay, this will be my go to.

Ripley has terrible food options but we will always make it our halfway stop on the way to NC thanks to this hotel. The employees are always helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean, the price is right and you are moments from the freeway. They are pet friendly and have a good dog walking area. The breakfast isn't great but there is a McDonalds and Kroger right outside.

Staff is friendly and very courteous. Rooms are a nice size, beds are very comfortable, and everything is very clean. The price is great too. Not much of a breakfsst selection, but for $60 you can't go wrong. Highly recommended.

Very reasonably priced hotel near Charleston, WV. If you don't have to be exactly at Charleston, this is s very good option for a night stay. It is quiet, comfortable bed and pillows. Room is clean. Only continental breakfast is served at the small lobby area. There are food options around and the Mexican restaurant near by is very good. Definitely recommended place to stay for road trip stop.
