Dependable Hampton experience with clean rooms, and good breakfast. I liked seasonal fruits in the morning like blueberries in the month of August.
Nice hotel.
Kind of awkward to turn into the parking lot, as it is behind 2 closed businesses and shares a driveway with Wendy's.
I was greeted by friendly staff upon walking in.
Guest room was clean upon first getting in. And standard comforts.
Only reason not a 5 star: this is probably the thinnest walled/floored hotel I have ever stayed in. I heard the guy across the hall sneeze. The ceiling literally shook when Bigfoot above me walked about.
If I could give this hotel 10 stars I would. We checked in around 2am and were exhausted. We were greeted by a super friendly lady that was very quick to check us in. The room was really clean and the bed and sheets amazingly comfy. However, the breakfast in the AM was probably my favorite. We were going to go to the Cracker Barrel until we seen what they had. Fried potatoes, waffles, fruit, OJ, and all kinds of other things. So pleased with this hotel. I will ONLY ever stay at Hamptons again!
Decent hotel. Seems a bit understaffed. Fresh coffee and cookies as usual and ample lounge room.
Great stay! Friendly staff, clean rooms, and overall standard Hampton Inn experience their consistency is second to none.
We got in at 10pm. There was no one at the front desk but a button where we could call them. A nice lady came out and we were checked in immediately. There was iced tea and coffee available. The room was very clean. We went to bed within an hour of checking in. There were plenty of towels and toiletries. When we got up my bill was placed under the door which was nice. We ate breakfast and it was amazing! And so clean! I had a waffle and potatoes. The food was hot and fresh. I will stay here again and would recommend it to anyone. The only downside is house keeping was knocking on our door at 930 after breakfast and although we we're getting ready to leave, check it is not until noon. No other complaints
Needed an overnight stay during our long drive. We had our baby with us and didn't want to stay somewhere cheap or dirty. This hotel was very clean and well kept. Good price too. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. Didn't have much contact with the staff.
Excellent place to stay. Staff is wonderful and very helpful. The accommodations are nice and clean. Overall a nice hotel to stay at.
Pleasant customer service, comfortable rooms, and a tasty complementary breakfast. Overall, a great experience!
The Hampton at Mineral Wells was fine. I can't say anything special about this location. It is convenient to the interstate but there's nothing but a gas station close by. The rooms are standard for a Hampton. I did find trash still in my waste basket and the lights were on as if someone had been there recently. I checked in late at night and was greeted by a clerk in the lobby. It was only "fine"
Beds are so, so comfortable! I have been on the road for almost a month and the bed in my room was by far the best I've slept in the entire time I've been traveling. The staff here is so friendly and they are the kind of employees who actually make you feel like they care about you, your stay, and how comfortable and happy you are. I love that so much. The only recommendation for an improvement I would make is that corporate needs to put slightly longer curtains in all their Hampton Inn. If a huge bright strip of light shines in under the curtains as soon as the sun comes up, that doesn't do anyone much good in terms of being able to stay asleep until they are actually ready to get out of bed!
Friendly helpful staff. Clean comfortable spacious rooms. Continental breakfast was underwhelming but the grab-and-go breakfast bag was well-balanced and convenient.
