Having only checked into the hotel for approx 2hrs (1.5hrs of it not there) I went back to my room and noticed bugs under the blankets. Albeit some ants, but when I attempted to address it with them, they chose to tell me you can go somewhere else but we're still charging you half the rate. Terrible customer service. The manager didn't even bother to come out from the back. Outside of the room, this place was overall very dirty and not well kept. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere!

Everything was good except the dryer was inaccessible so we couldn't dry our clothes. Otherwise everything was good! Fast service, good information provided, good accommodations.

Our hotel room was so comfy. The beds and linens were super soft. All of the staff members that I had contact with were very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was yummy. I made waffles which were very good and the oatmeal was perfect. They provided a large amount of stir-ins for the oatmeal. I would definitely stay here again.

The place is located very close to Universal Studios and offers free shuttle service (drop and pick up) to the parks. Hot water (drinking) and coffee is available 24×7. Housekeeping services are excellent. The swimming pool, hot tub and gym is also good. Several restaurants are close by (few yards to a mile). I would definitely stay there again!

Was a good place for proximity to Universal Studios theme park. The hotel was very nice and clean, the staff very friendly and helpful. Pool looked nice though didn't use it and reasonably priced. They had a rep in the lobby from Universal Studios which made it very easy to book tickets and shuttle bus.

Right off the freeway and close to International Drive with plenty of social night life, restraunts, and close to Universal Studios theme park. The king size suite is spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff are friendly and very accommodating. I would recommend this place for anyone to stay at.

I didn't stay in the rooms but I did preview the suite and the king suite and they were very nice. The rooms are newly renovated. The check ins seemed to be running fairly quickly and smoothly. Everyone was truly very friendly and accommodating.

My family and I stayed in this hotel this May, for the second time in two years. As always, it was a wonderful experience. The hotel looks completely renovated. The room was spacious and neat. David at the front desk was excellent, always trying to satisfy all our needs. Helen always very nice serving the breakfast, and the General Manager Raj Thakore was very attentive and efficient. It is a very convenient hotel near Universal resort with free parking, free breakfast and WiFi. Also, an included shuttle with opportune schedules to take you to and from the theme parks. Every evening when came back from the parks we relaxed in the hot water of the well maintained Jacuzzi. No doubt I will stay in this hotel again and again. Thank you to all the employees. They contributed to our marvelous and unforgettable vacations.

Excellent experience. Dave at check-in was tremendous. We arrived at dinner time and he had suggestions for all of the local restaurants. He also assisted us with a late checkout.
Room was clean, modern, and comfortable. Breakfast was well prepared and tasty. Friendly staff, impressive hotel appearance, cleanliness of room/pool area made for an excellent stay Thank you

I was a guest of a friend and unfortunately he forgot to register my name to the room. I left the room to get some water at around 4 am. Forgot wallet and when I went back towards room realized I didn't know which number it was! The lady working at night, DEON, refused to help me. Literally would not give me room number or even allow me to call the room. With no options left I had to call the police - again, DEON did not let me use phone and I had to walk barefoot and in pajamas across a few parking lots to a 24 hr Walgreens to use their phone. Cops came and resolved issue immediately and were able to get a hold of my friend to let me back in. Terrible treatment from a Marriott employee, least she could have done was work with me and offer me a better solution or some help in getting a hold of my friend. Very disrespectful. I hope future guests have a better experience.
