Bed uncomfortable. Walls must be thin. We heard clearly the neightbors fighting all night til early morning. Their baby was crying the whole time while they were fighting. My husband went to the desk to see if there was something they could do. She acted if she was beimg bothered and did nothing. She proceeded to lie to her manager saying no one made any complaints. Manager was comoletely rude. Lack of good costumer service. Our family lost a much needed good night sleep.

Experience was very pleasant. Breakfast is original. Overall, I slept well. Really needs the minor renovations. Other than that, Great stay. Close to mall and nearby eateries.

Great place to stay our room was clean Zaxbys is nearby Hamilton Place Mall is out to main Street and make a left go to light and make a left. They are doing construction but it didn't bother our sleep at all. We road the Incline Railway. It was good but extremely cold on this day like in the 20s.

This hotel is located next to the Hamilton place mall and lots of great shopping and dining options. The staff at the hotel are freindly and courteous. The rooms are clean and in good shape. They are undergoing renovations of the rooms, so during the day we could hear them hammering and working on the floor above us. We were not in a renovated room, but everything was in great shape. Breackfast is fresh and typical for a hotel. I would stay here again.

This place was DEFINITELY NOT a 4 star! I’m not picky by any means but this place appears clean/new from a distance but as soon as we walked onto our floor it had a horrible odor. Once we opened our room it didn’t smell absolutely disgusting necessarily but it smelled like an old grandmas attic.so not good. The next morning when we went to leave, the hallway and all the the way down to the lobby, smelled like an ashtray/butt sweat ( like we were back in the 1950’s when everyone still smoked) . The breakfast was any normal quick easy breakfast but we took it to-go considering the unappetizing horrendous odor overtaking the entire premises. Honestly, the bed was comfortable and appeared clean but they seriously need to get some febreeze up in there or better yet some Clorox bleach to disinfect the entire place.

Help desk was amazing with needs, questions, and very personable! Breakfast is great as well! Homemade waffle every morning for over a week really had me spoiled!

Very nice place to stay. Easiest time I have had feeling at home in a hotel. Staff is very nice and the room is very clean. Stayed with my husband and 2 kids we love it! Will definately stay again next time we are in Chattanooga.

The hotel was quiet. The rooms and lobby seemed clean. Breakfast was what you'd expect.waffles, eggs, sausage, pastries, ect. Check in and out was easy and the ladies at the desk were nice. I would stay there again. Oh, and make sure you don't stay in the 2 right hand lanes when you get off the interstate because they both turn off to the mall area.

This is the best hotel my husband and I have ever stayed in. Our best friend treated us to a king size room during our stay. We all arrived very late and quite road weary. It had been a long day and trip. The staff were very friendly.
The room we stayed in was exceptionally clean: floor, bedding, bathroom, everything. The water pressure in the shower was amazing! The bed was so comfortable that after we got up to enjoy the delicious breakfast, we went right back to sleep! It was the best sleep I've had in a really long time, even better than my bed at home!
If we are ever in the area again, this is the only hotel for us.response / report this review -

I was just down the road and called and got a price and confirmed a king non smoking and asked if I needed to reserve it Young lady said no come on if I was that close. She was a little snippy when I called back for an address but no big deal. I walk in and I'm a little dirty from walking a construction site but not that bad Front desk said room is not available and offers queen for 20 more. I ask for explanation and pretty much get a take it or leave it from an old sour puss clerk. I travel for a living, I don't have to take being treated bad by a minimum wage earning clerk with a bad attitude. Walked out I'll sleep in my truck before I start here.

The hotel was well maintained. I enjoyed the breakfast they had in the morning was of a better quality than I expected and had more choices. The night manager was also very helpful. When myself and my wife come back to the area we will stay here again.
