Been here 3 weeks. Moved 4x. 1st room stank of cigarettes, furniture falling apart, big burnt place in back of freezer, bugs. 2nd room furniture falling apart, smell not so bad. Third move to a'newly remodeled room!' Dead bolt didn't work, brand new toilet leaked, AC dripped on carpet, worked when it wanted to, microwave didn't work(they did bring us an even older one that did work) telephone didn't work, more bugs. We called the front desk,"Oh, I'll send maintenance first thing in the morning!" Got in from work at 5pm, no maintenance showed up all day! Called them back, 'Oh, the maintenance LADY is standing right in front of me, she didn't know anything about it. We'll just move you to another room." I didn't want another room. I wanted mine fixed. Now, after cleaning the stuck on food out of the sink, and something nasty out of the bathroom sink, I am in my 4 th room which also has a burnt spot in the freezer! Not happy! Lady at the desk tonight was too busy on the phone to be kind at all. Only 10 more weeks to go!

Good price, but I seemed to arrive in the midst of a renovation, and my room hadn't been seen to yet, except the front door had been painted. I had to go to the front desk to get toilet paper for the room. Minimal accommodations, but acceptable for the low price.

I have been here for 5 months working in Chattanooga and the staff and management have been exceptional. Anytime I needed assistance they were there to help immediately. Room service took care of my room weekly and promptly with a fresh smelling room. I will definitely stay here again.

This is one Extended Stay that needs corporate to step in.grungy, old, out dated, needs repair, over priced and very dirty inside and out..having stayed at over 20 nationally this rates the worst. The staff might be nice but the management does not know what they are doing. Febreeze is easier than cleaning and they use it like water, so much so that your eyes will burn. Don't do it travel nurses..don't do it. If your a professional you will be out of here faster than it takes to clean the rooms..that says it all. Hard to believe the company home office is only 300 miles away and they can't smell this place from there.
