Stay was for anniversary. It wasnt a bad place but could have been more up to date. Paid more than we thought. Could have gone online and got a cheaper rate, but since we waited until we got there, it was twice as exspenive and we could have gotten a better room for what we paid somewhere nicer.

Beds were great, room was clean. Breakfast, one of our main criteria when choosing a hotel, was lacking. Was advertised as hot breakfast including eggs, cinnamon rolls, and waffles. There were no eggs or cinnamon rolls, only waffles, bread, yogurt, apples, and cereal. No peanut butter or other protein besides yogurt. Coffee was very disappointing, no cold water available for breakfast. Extra charge for two beds. Desk staff were kind.

Decent stay for price. Staff was nice. Hallways carpet really needs to be replaced and the rooms could use a deep cleaning, like tile grout. But the pool was fun and room was big.

We were visiting Chattanooga while my oldest was attending freshman orientation. We arrived after Midnight Wednesday to find ac. in room wasn't working. They immediately moved is. Staff here is personable and accommodating. The rooms were average size with a mini fridge and microwave. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The added bonus was breakfast and the indoor pool. Overall if you are looking for an affordable safe place to stay Super 8 is it. Definitely be back here and will recommend to friends and family.

We are enjoying our visit to Chatanooga. The Super 8 has been an affordable, safe, quiet, and perfect place to stay on a budget .The staff has been super nice and accommodating. The room is a nice size including a mini fridge and microwave with comfortable beds. Our kids enjoyed the indoor pool and the free breakfast saved us enough $$ we were able to stay an additional night. We will def be back and will recommend to friends.

Great location if your visiting awhile. Look online for better prices, but the staff was excellent and friendly. Great heated indoor pool, room was nice sized and roomy bathroom. Clean place threw out! Will stay again and recommend staying! Thanks for a wonderful night's rest on a comfortable clean bed!

Dirty not sure where the clean rooms were. The carpet in the hallways was horrible. I am a housekeeper at a different hotel and these rooms wouldn't pass inspection. As soon as we walked in I could smell cigarettes and pot in the hallway. There's not an elevator, only stairs. They need to wash just about everything there-with bleach. It's not the worst place I've ever stayed in but it definitely wasn't as good as the reviews I read prior to booking.

First the room was disgustingly filthy. The breakfast had no milk for cereal for the kids and when we asked they said no. And then they charged my credit card even though I said I HAD to pay cash. So the whole experience was gross and a nightmare. Do not stay here if you have any other option. 90% sure that we saw two cockroaches as well. The only pleasant thing about this experience was not waking up covered in bed bug bites because I was sure we would.

This motel was dirty. Continental breakfast was "barebones". Front desk (that's how they identified their self) calls at 11:30 pm asking if we have a "plunger" in our bathroom. Said we were one of the designated plunger rooms. That said, bed was comfortable and we slept comfortably.

The hotel was a nice spot for a 1 night stay.
I enjoyed my stay and when I voiced my concerns they wrote them down to check into it. I would have liked it more if there was an elevator as I was coming down to check out I noticed there was not even an elevator for the housekeeping crew. They was very nice and helpful. Had a nice small brekfeast nothing fancy but it held me for the day. I was able to check in 3p min early the hall way was stuck at 80 but the air in our room was working I wouldn't recommend for a long trip but I would for a small tripresponse / report this review
