We got a good price so it was okay. Grounds and pool area excellent but Whirlpool wasn't working. Facility in general needs maintenance. WiFi was terrible.

Front desk personnel were great! And house keeping personnel also were exceptional. Breakfast room employee attitude could use some adjustments? But other than that the stay here was exceptional & would have received the 5 stars from this guest!

What a dump! Bathtub plugged uptoilet plugged uprefrigerator froze everything. A/C stopped working. It smells old and like cigarrets. Maids only clean sheets. Everything is full of dustand old. It must be renovated. Don't pay more than the 43 bucks they asknot worth itI will never stay here again. Motel 6 is better than this place. Do not stay here! Note to owner: RENOVATE!

Stay away!!!!!! Tweekers everywhere!!! Was asked for drugs many times people smoking pot all the time. Drunks and fighting as well as loud music every night. Extra charges billed to my card for no reason and terrible customer service. Even one star is too much for this place. Was even blamed for damage and stains to the very nasty stinky carpet in the room. Took dog for a walk out back and saw syringes on the ground so not safe for pets either. Like I said STAY AWAY for your own safety.

DO NOT STAY IN THIS DUMP. BED BUGS, FILTHY, THEY DO NOT WASH THERE BEDDING AS OURS HAD BLOOD SPLATTERS ON THEM ( I brought my own). Tweakers, heroin dealers, hookers, cops there all the time arresting people. Front desk girl in morning is extremely rude and snotty afternoon guy is not much better. Garbage every where. Maids were very nice. Cheap rates. But you get what you pay for but, but this dump is not even worth what we paid.

The room smelled like animal urine. We used an entire spray bottle of febreeze on the carpet and the smell never went away. The bathroom floor was sticky and not clean. This hotel room is cheap, but definitely not worth the price. I will not be staying in this hotel again.

The room was ok. There were many questionable people hanging around standing outside their rooms. We went into our room and about half an hour later, the lights went out. None of the other electrical items such as the air conditioner went out. They came back on after maybe 5 seconds. We checked out. When we went down to the car, there was someone parked next to our car working on theirs. I do not recommend this hotel

Smells like cigarettes in the room, springy matresses, old scratchy bed spreads. The worst is the cockroaches. Found two the size of an average thumb. Ew you could seriously see the spines on this thing's legs and creepy face details. The fridge didn't work. I asked for extra sheets and blankets and was told that they did not have any extra. It's truly a shame because they have a great shell. The room was spacious and equipped with a full bathroom. It has a sliding glass door with a private porch. Lots of trees. I would love to see them remodel this place and jack up the prices to get all the druggies out of here.

Nice hotel, room was spacious and a.c. was cold and perfect. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Only thing is the breakfast policy that you can't take food to your room, but other than that good hotel.

The hotel was basically nice, but seem cheap when you were there for 3 days. There were some cockroaches around as well as tons of mosquitoes. The water was good at the tables during our conference. I was not disappointed but I was not astounded either. The location was okay for a conference, but I probably wouldn't stay here as a guest.

The room was outdated the bathrooms were disgusting and we found bed bugs in our bed. We got our refund through the online booking company. But as we were checking out the gentleman at the desk insinuated it was us who brought them in. Which is absolutely not the case. We lifted the sheets and found several more. So then i did research and found out they've been infested for some time and was on the news. Also found a condom wrapper in the hot tubs. Very very unsatisfied! I would not recommend it by no means.

The room was old fashioned and dated. But the amenities were great! The courtyard and pool area was fantastic. Our kids loved everything about this place. The staff was awesome. Provided everything we needed. Great experience altogether.

Great hotel for the Phoenix marathon! One of the few hotels that understands some families have more than 2 kids so the room includes fold out bed that is very comfy for our third kid. Movie theater and great Mexican restaurant just across the parking lot and a great pool. We love this hotel.

“Next time I will spend extra to stay somewhere else.”

The bed was comfortable. The staff was willing to assist with issues.
The first room that we were given looked nothing like any of the pictures online. It was very old and seemed unclean. I went to the desk and complained and they did upgrade us to a slightly nicer room. Still, the rooms were old and mismatched (and smelled like cigarettes). Also, there was a homeless man in the hot tub and the police were called. It was awkward and really ruined our experience. In the future, I would for sure spend an extra ten or twenty dollars a night to be somewhere nicer, cleaner, and newer.

Can't say anything about the hotel inside, but attended a reception there. Nice oasis-like courtyard surrounded by trees and a fountain along one wall. Dining and reception center was a little bit dated but nice overall and we had a great time, so a solid four stars on facility. The location was very convenient with lots of parking. I consider probably a 4.5 rather than 5 stars, but because of the service, I decided to round up. Good staff attention and politeness.
