Staff was helpful and the rooms were clean. The 2 stars are for the property. This is the only Residence I've been to with room doors open to the public. All others (and I I've been to a lot) you need a room key to get in the building. Not this one, open air entryways.

Neat, clean, everything great except they take your credit card info at check in and charge $20 To your account to cover anything used during stay. That seems wrong to me. I know they will probly reinstate charges but it's been 3 days now and still no reimbursement. Taking card info is ok with me but the charge is not. Take card info then charge only after not before. This would be a deal breaker for me on choosing where to stay next time.

The staff is friendly and the room are nice. The breakfast is also great. The floors are thin, though, and you can hear any walking if someone is moving around. We have also had a hit and miss experience with housekeeping. Some days they did great, others they barely touched anything.

BATES MOTEL: I arrived on 11/03/17 late in the evening when I returned I noticed someone had been in my room. I also noticed a locked door that the front desk couldn't explain were the key was. I immediately asked the front desk for another room the man at the front desk looked like someone out of a scary Movie and was very unprofessional. The following day I went down to the worst slop I had ever seen served at a hotel the breakfast was cold and thrown together. I immediately became suspicious of some of the things I had been seeing going on around the Hotel I question one of the maids she became alarmed I then questioned the front Desk employee she tried to clean up that there was nothing Illegal going on several employees thought it was funny and began laughing out loud. The staff was very unprofessional this place doesn't deserve anyone money..

This place is ok and its overpriced and the free breakfast isnt but maybe fair. The rooms are nice, quiet and dark, they could use some more light fixtures in the room. The room had a garbage disposal and it smelled rotten.

Very nice rooms, felt more like an apartment than a hotel room. And couldn't beat the price $62 a night! The location is perfect as well.

We rented the wrong hotel on accident. But the kids enjoyed their weekend getaway! We have a full kitchen with pots pans utensils for cooking. So you could basically go to the store pick up something up come back and cook it and not worry about bowls Spoons forks ect. The carpet was stained and some of the doors are a bit rough. But over I'll give this place a 4/5

Great hotel. Over all will stay there again. Great amenities, Pool, Hot Tub, on site laundry. Only thing that could make it better is an on-site restaurant but they make up for it by have a social hour for all guests, food and drinks provided free.

Outstanding location and service I was a little skeptic at a hotel in the downtown Tempe area, but it was worth the stay and the location was very helpful. With the Shopping district and restaurant/bars near we did not need to drive at all, my visiting friends loved their room and with breakfast served in-house buffet style you can have your fill. The downtown noise was not a problem with the insulation and glass.

Spacious rooms, decent kitchen with limited utensils. Vicinity to AZ mills is great advantage.
