The bed was great. The pillows we ok. But service was abysmal. Of the two times my room was supposed to be cleaned, it didn't actually happen either time. The first night, the cleaning crew that stopped halfway through. The second time, they didn't even bother to start. I had to go to the front desk to get towels just to take a shower the next day.

All was good. Except animal policy,. While eating other clients came in with pets where every body was eating. It was kind of disgusting animals so near to me while eating.

The rooms are nice, big, clean, and comfortable. The staff is really friendly. The breakfast was very good. There's plenty of places to get food nearby.

Good clean rooms, with small inbuilt kitchen. Complimentary Morning breakfast. Daily room service. Makes, this hotel better than the competitors.

Simple 3 story buildings with plenty of parking even with long term stay guests. Full kitchen with electric stove, and the comfy super soft bed you need to rest. Friendly staff and convenient location just off 101.

Quiet and casual but the hot breakfast was lacking compared to some of their local competition. Other than that, the couple of days spent here were comfortable. Located in a convenient location close to everything but not stuck right in the middle of it all it is quiet but easy to stay entertained. It would be especially convenient for someone who needed to be close to the Scottsdale Honor Health campus. I would surely stay here again in the future.

I don't know why there was bad ratings on this hotel. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and my room was not only clean but comfortable. The Only thing I was disappointed with was there was not hot tub. Lol the pool area is small nothing special but still nice environment

I was expecting much worse but the team puts together a pretty good experience. The breakfast room was super crowded and annoying but other than that it was an exceptional stay!

Nice location next to a gas station and a shopping area across the street, with easy access to 101. Complimentary breakfast includes fried eggs, sausage, ham, cereal, bagels, coffee, juice. Butduring one of the mornings the building ran out of hot water in the middle of my shower. And not run out as in the water became lukewarm - I had to finish the shower in numbingly cold water. I suppose that could be viewed as a nice wake up service
