Taller ceilings & more modern architecture. Good breakfast buffet with mini waffles, fresh strawberries, & oatmeal. Bathroom had intermittent ticks or creaks, maybe from light over mirror. Christmas display nearby blocked access off the highway, so ended up taking long detour in fog.

Good breakfast. No bed bugs. There were some lady bugs but they were just doing the nutcracker. Nice view too.

Beautiful place to stay. The Staff were very professional and helpful especially Michele, she went out of her way to help us. I definitely would stay there again.

Stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Kodak on two separate nights a week apart in July 2017. The staff was tremendously friendly from check-in, to housekeeping, to the breakfast attendant. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. We especially appreciated the note left for us by the housekeeper, Lisa, on both nights. It's nice to know someone takes so much pride in their work, they are willing to leave you a handwritten note with their name in case you need anything.

This is our favorite hidden gem in the area! We love that it's right off the highway, so we can rest as soon as we arrive without fighting traffic. And it's a very short drive to the heart of everything, but a nice retreat at the end of the day! The rooms are updated and very clean. The hotel staff is always so nice. Highly recommended!

We decided to make an overnight stop at the Fairfield after trying to get last minute reservations at othe hotels. The front desk lady was great at check-in. Rooms were small and bed was not very comfortable, but breakfast was good. The breakfast lady was wonderful! My son has a tree nut allergy and she pulled all the labels for us to check. Would definitely stay again.
