Rented a pontoon for a day. Came back and one of the bumpers was missing. May have fallen off or may not have been there to begin with. Was charged for it. If it was on there it fell off because an employee must have tied the knot poorly. Not my fault. Will not be returning. Manager was rude about the situation. Not sure why they're willing to lose thousands in revenue over a $20 bumper. If you rent from Westport take photos of every part of the boat so they don't try to scam you when you return it.

I don't usually leave reviews, but I had to let everyone know how great of an experience I had with Westport Marina. I called them up on a Monday morning with no reservation, and was able to get a boat reserved for that same afternoon no questions asked, with no deposit up front. The pricing was also the lowest we had found on the lake. Everyone was super nice and happily answered every question we had. The boat was very clean and ran great. When we returned the boat the dock staff was even there to greet us as soon as we pulled back up to the dock! My family and I will definitely be using Westport again the next time we rent a boat, and I would recommend anyone else to do the same. Thanks!
