Excellent customer service experience in repairing my Roadtrek. Did a great job keeping me informed on the status. Special thanks to Kim in RV service. A professional and courteous person. She liked my dog. Will be buying my next RV from them for sure.

I left a review when I was a looker thanking them for being so helpful. I jumped the fence and bought a Roadtrek from them -- gently used, and at a great price. They couldn't have been more kind, caring and helpful to this new RV owner. I would tell anyone who is in the looking or buying stage to trust these fine people.

I have been waiting for 3 months for my camper to be fixed. I have had only 1 phone call that was not a return call to let me know anything and that was 3 weeks ago! The best part about this whole place was our sales guy. The lady in the service dept needs a dressing down! She told us that we should have complained before our camper left the lot. Most of the problems aren’t noticed until you use it and the other wasn’t noticeable with the slide out extended. She really had an attitude. This is by far horrible customer service. I will not buy from here again!

Carolina Coach and Marine was one of our RV stops on our way to a conference on the coast. We were immediately greeted by Gary who spoke with us and identified what he thought was the type of unit we would enjoy. Gary was right on in reading us and even though we explained that we would not be ready to purchase a unit for another 6 months he treated us like we were his neighbors. When we decide to buy it will be from Carolina Coach and Marine as they have earned our trust and their prices were very competitive.

Great place to shop and buy. Plenty of inventory, convenient location, great sales guy named Gary. Felt valued from the time I first stepped on the lot. Gary really invested some real time in us (as we are RV newbies) and was willing to help at every turn. Reasonable prices and willingness to negotiate. Easy to do business with folks you like. Just try them and see. We have been to 7 dealers and an RV show and this team is the one we felt comfortable with from the beginning. Well worth the drive to Claremont. BONUS PLAN - a REALLY cool restaurant down the street called the BoxCar Grille - #americanaSON!!.

This has been my second purchase here. My wife and I had been looking for a travel trailer for approximately 6 months. We constantly looked on online but couldn't find one to fit our needs. On Monday I looked on their website again and seen a new posting for a travel trailer that could possibly meet our needs based on the floor plan. I called and was transferred to Robert George. I told him we were interested in that particular one and he invited us in to see it. We currently had a pontoon that we purchased there and had it on consignment at another location. I asked Robert if it would possible to trade and without hesitation he told me he would work with us anyway he could. He gave us some preliminary numbers so we set an appointment to see it on Tuesday. When we arrived Richard had it set up to show. We liked the camper and decided to buy it. Richard made the transaction easy and made sure any issues with the camper were addressed and fixed. We had an appointment set up for this morning to finish everything. Frank thoroughly went over the camper to make sure we knew how to operate everything properly. I'm in the business of sales and never felt pressure at anytime to make a decision. I would highly recommend this place to do business with. Make sure to see Robert because he'll make you feel right at home.

I recently bought a Forest River Surveyor from Carolina Coach & Marine, and could've not asked for a better sales & service experience. I was offered a very fair, competitive price on our Surveyor in a low pressure sales environment.
When I arrived for my pre delivery inspection, my new Surveyor was set up & waiting for me. After a thorough walk through & everything was to my satisfaction, the paper signing process was quick, easy & very timely. The sales team of Frank, Breton & Cody were great.
Perhaps this dealers best asset is their service department. When I bought our Surveyor, we owned a F150. After our first camping trip, we decided a larger more powerful tow vehicle was in our best interest. We bought a F250 & needed several adjustments to between our Surveyor & new truck. The service department was amazing in getting our equipment readjusted while I waited during their peak service season. Kudos to Greg, Kim & Teresa.

I read the reviews of Carolina Coach and Robert George. I found my experience with Robert to be GREAT!! I pounded him with questions for two weeks. He was patient, very professional and appreciated the questions I ask him. He knew that I was wanting to "know" about my boat purchase. I visited him and we discussed the pontoon I was interested in and with the options. He gave me a "out the door" price. After a week of thinking about his offer, I went back and made him a counter offer. He accepted and we got things rolling. He delivered on all he promised. He even gave me a additional outlet for my upfront fish finder.
On the day of delivery, we went to a lake nearby and tested the boat motor, GPS/Fish Finder and the trolling motor. Everything worked fine. He made sure I was comfortable with the purchase and equipment installed. After cruising the lake for about 45 minutes, he showed me how to load the pontoon onto the trailer.
Robert is direct in his sales and wants to help you get the boat that fits YOUR needs. I found him to be very professional, very courteous and desiring to help you, the customer. I recommend him for "ALL" you boating needs. Ron Skipper, Gastonia, NCresponse / report this review -

Had a great experience with buying a used class C . Matt Horriman did more than expected after the closing to ready the unit and he had several service / preventive maintenance jobs in addition to those agreed upon in the deal done for us at our request prior to picking the unit up.

Worst Sales Experience I have ever had. Ordered a $78000 Custom Pontoon. Was promised a laundry list of options; They took my deposit and went back on everything that was promised and then called me a liar; Even After Email Backup was provided. Boat was delivered 7 weeks Late. I asked to speak with the owner which didnt happen. Left messages for the owner; His assistant and emails none of which were returned. My boat was delivered again late without the agreed upon options and then pretty much told CCM does not respect verbal agreements. If you want a Crest I suggest Going to Marine 360 down in SC. I have a Friend who after my experience went down there to purchase and has had a completely different experience and was given everything promised and provided the customer service that was promised. I wish I had read other Reviews prior to purchasing because this seems to be a common occurrence at Carolina Coach and Marine.

These guys were straight with me from the start. Robert is an excellent salesman and doesn't play games. Mike in finance, worked beyond the norm to get a deal approved for me with the lender. I live in Georgia and it was a 4 hour drive to buy the boat. They had everything ready and we were in and out in a couple of hours. Clean facility with honest people working there. If you're looking for travel trailer or a boat, these are the guys to see, even if you're 2 states and away. Thanks team, great job, we're on Lake Lanier in a beautiful boat! Happy Memorial Day!

We bought our first camper today and the experience at Carolina Coach and Marine was incredible! Stopped at 2 other places first and had terrible experiences. So happy with the team here.
