  Upon clearing out a unit, it was INFESTED with stink bugs and equally stinky carcasses. So much mouse droppings that we could slide boxes from the back wall out to the front door like on ball bearings. A mouse carcass caused damage to the wood furniture it was on.
  I could only suggest using this place for very short term storage, like a month or two. Other people emptying their unit the same day had a similar experience.
  They need to invest heavily in pest control.

  I had to move by phone from NY and the owner was accommodating to meet me on Sunday at my time of arrival, customer service doesn't get any better than this.

  My experience at Rolling Hills Self Storage has been great. The facility is dry, clean and looks like new. I highly recommend this facility for your storage needs.

  The new owner has made lots of improvements to the facility. Paving, operational gate, vehicle parking area, and security cameras. I am currently an occupant at the facility and had a very positive customer experience. The rates seem cheaper than others in the area. I would recommend this business for anyone having storage needs.
