You may drive by! At first glance the place looks more like a storage unit place, which it is. You will notice the gates and the very tiny parking area before you realize that - yes this is also the U-Haul truck rental place. There are 5 very tight parking places outside the store front which also kind of block your perception of "this is where I am to enter", if any vehicles are already there.
People are nice and helpful, just slow down and look; even using GPS if this is your first time going here.

Don't Rent From here! They Will charge you for things that didn't happen. Amy is extremely unprofessional and will not keep her word. I rented from here once and never again . Should have just got a truck from lows or home-depot . If you are Considering somewhere else do it. IT CANT BE WORSE THAN HERE!!!!

READ THE REVIEW IT COULD SAVE YOU A LOT OF MONEY. (9/2017)

I would give this place no stars if i could. To give you some background on why i feel this way. I was moving to Mooresville from Cornelius with by the way makes me a local. I choose my move out date for a Saturday evening. I pick up the truck at 4:50pm that same evening bought it back at 9:02. So a little more than 3 and a half hours of borrowing the truck.( NO Damages and put gas back in it. in total the move should have cost $73.45 My move almost went smoothly. However my account on Monday was charged 3 time for a total or 245 dollars. I called up there and had to fight with them for 4 days. Side note Suasan and Amy there Assistant manager are very rude and unprofessional. By the time i had, had it with the entire situation it was Thursday at this point Amy told me that she didn't believe me and too send her proof for my bank statements even though previously admitting they charged me for 3 days instead of 1( why should i have to pay for one of your employees mistakes) . I am a mom with 3 kids i cant just loss 245 dollars and not notice. so i call corporate and had them handle it. Their Corporate office sided with me said that their behavior violated all of uhual polices. Moral of the story DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!!! SAFE YOURSELF THE TIME, THE TROUBLE, THE AGGRAVATION AND MOST IMPORTANTLY THE MONEY!!! RUN as far and as FAST AS YOU CAN RENT ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!!!

I reserved a 7.5x10x10 unit online, but I wasn't sure the size would work so I went to look at the unit in person. I decided to move to a 10x10x10 and the guy showing me around said he would take care of changing the reservation. 2 weeks later when the office called to confirm the reservation, it turns out he had not changed the reservation and the unit I had looked at was taken. There were other units available, but the price had gone up. I then decided to put my credit card on file to make sure the rate wouldn't change and unit would be available when it came time for me to move in. The next morning, I then recieved a confirmation email saying that the rate had gone up AGAIN after I had offered up my credit card to "lock everything in". The office seemed generally disinterested in making it right so I cancelled my reservation and went with another company that had the same size and still climate controlled for $20 cheaper per month. My advice would be to only book the day you are moving in because reserving online, according to the woman who called me, is only to give them some sort of idea about how many units they have reserved, it doesn't guarantee the customer anything. Very disappointed.
