I have rented from this location several times. They always seem busy, and service has always called for a wait time, BUT they seem nice and they are have been accommodating so far.
In the past we have rented vans from them, but we have a SUV that can pull trailers, so we rent those now. They always hook it up for us and check it out before we pull off. (The taillight plug converter and trailer ball we have are U-Haul, and have worked well for years, too.) When we return, they detach the trailers, so no complaints there either. We have purchased a dolly here (couldn't find a cheaper one, even on the internet) and get boxes from them too.
